It investigates AI's potential to enhance efficiency, personalize service delivery, and improve library collection management. The study employs qualitative methods, including in-depth interviews and document analysis, with a focus on academic and public libraries that have integrated AI. The findings reveal positive acceptance of AI by library professionals, increased user satisfaction, and the potential for more dynamic library services. However, challenges such as staff training and data privacy issues exist. AI's role in collection management is also highlighted.
