<![CDATA[The success of guidance and counseling services in schools can be seen from various factors, one of which is the application of Guidance and Counseling management in schools. The aim of this research is to analyze the management function of Planning, Organizing, Actuating and Controlling (POAC) in the implementation of Guidance and Counseling services in Schools. The method in this research uses quantitative descriptive methods. The population in this study were Guidance and Counseling teachers in South Jakarta. The sampling technique in this research uses nonprobability sampling, because the sample used takes all members of the population that will be sampled with a total of 150 people. The research results also show that the application of the POAC management function in Guidance and Counseling services in schools is in the medium category and also occurs in partial data, where there are various factors that must be developed by Guidance and Counseling teachers in implementing Guidance and Counseling services in schools.]]>
