Regional mobile libraries are mobile libraries that serve communities or educational institutions that are far from regional city libraries or schools that do not yet have libraries. Regional mobile libraries have a significant role in instilling a reading culture among students. Therefore, this research focuses on the role of regional mobile libraries in increasing students' interest in reading at SD Negeri Demangan. The aim of this research is to determine the role of regional mobile libraries in increasing students' reading interest, the strategies used by mobile libraries to increase students' reading interest, as well as the obstacles and challenges faced by mobile libraries. This research uses a case study type of research with a qualitative approach. Data collection uses observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation techniques. Data analysis uses data reduction, presentation, and conclusion techniques. The results of this research show that regional mobile libraries have a very significant role in increasing students' interest in reading at SD Negeri Demangan. This is shown by the presentation of the reading interest questionnaire for grade 5 students at SD Negeri Demangan which shows that interest in reading for grade 5 students at SD Negeri Demangan is in a very strong category, with a presentation of 55.55%.
