Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of school literacy programs on the increase in students' reading interest at SDN Curug 03 Depok. The method used is quantitative. The population in this study is 64 students. The sample used in the study was as many as 64 students with sample withdrawal using the total sampling technique or saturated sampling. Data collection techniques by, questionnaires/questionnaires. The data analysis technique uses simple linear regression. The results of the research from the simple linear regression hypothesis test obtained a constant value of 10.361, a coefficient value of 0.694 and a significance value of 0.000. In the decision-making rule that the significance is 0.000 > 0.05, it can be concluded that there is an influence of literacy programs on improving student reading. In other words, the better the use of school literacy programs, the more it will increase students' interest in reading.
