AbstractThe research aims to analyze the effectiveness of the BPJS employment Policy on Workers’ Rights in a legal aspects. Based on the 1945 Constitution Article. 27 paragraph (2) concerning citizens’ rights to workers and the right to a dignified live for humanity, and based on Law Number. 24 years old. 2011 concerning the Social Security Administration Agency. The research method uses a normative legal approach and a conceptual approach. Juridical and qualitative methods to produces descriptive data in the form of written or spoken words from the people observed. This conclusion of this research is that many companies or foundation do not provide workers’ rights. Work is worship and a need for every human being. The results of this study, are: that the effectiveness of the BPJS employment policy has not been fully implemented in various companies or foundations in Indonesia.Keywords: BPJS Employment, Rights, LawAbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis terhadap Efektivitas Kebijakan BPJS Ketenagkerjaan Terhadap Hak Pekerja Dalam Aspek. Berdasarkan Undang-Undang Dasar 1945 Pasal.27 ayat.(2) tentang hak warga negara atas pekerja dan hak atas penghidupan yang bermartabak bagi kemanusiaan, dan berdasarkan Undang-Undang Nomor.24 Tahun.2011 tentang Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial. Metode penelitian menggunakan normatif dengan pendekatan undang-undang, dan pendekatan konseptual. Metode yuridis dan kualitatif guna menghasilkan data deskriptif berupa kata-kata tertulis atau lisan dari orang-orang yang diamati. Kesimpulan penelitian ini masih banyak perusahaan atau yayasan-yayasan tidak memberikan hak pekerja. Bekerja merupakan ibadah dan kebutuhan setiap umat manusia.
