Abstract

Kekerasan dalam rumah tangga (KDRT) merupakan suatu pelanggaran hukum yang mana pelaku nya dapat dipidana, alasan pelaku melakukan KDRT bisa bermacammacam seperti masalah ekonomi, dan lain lain. Banyak korban yang tidak berani untuk melapor kepada pihak kepolisian dikarenakan pelaku masih berstatus suami atau istri dan juga orangorang yang berada disekitar nya tidak berani untuk ikut membantu dikarenakan merasa hal tersebut bukan tanggungjawabnya. Masalah bullying terhadap anak di sekolah merupakan hal yang sangat memprihatinkan dan juga marak terjadi. Anak bisa menjadi trauma karena diberikan bullying dari teman teman nya dan hal tersebut bisa sampai mengganggu perkembangan anak. Melalui pengabdian masyarakat ini diharapkan agar para peserta yang mengikuti bisa menambah wawasan dan perbuatan KDRT dan Bullying seyogyanya bisa dihentikan. Kata kunci: perlindungan hukum, kekerasan dalam rumah tangga (KDRT), bullying anak

Abstract

AbstractUtilization of vacant land so far, is used by farmers with traditional farming with conventional marketing. Utilization of land managed by families tends to be carried out by farmer mothers starting from planting, maintaining plants to harvest. Mother's leisure activities are used for less productive things. The problem is that the group of farmers in the village of srengseng lack knowledge that is beneficial to the family. For this reason community service solutions increase the knowledge of mothers. By means of skills that are more productive and can improve family welfare. The method of community service is to spend farmers with the knowledge they need. Giving religious knowledge to children, mothers receive simple financial guidance, learn motivational and entrepreneurial theories, how to make organic fertilizer, how to grow organic plants. This dedication is carried out on the basis of organic research that received grants from DIKTI in 2017 and 2018. The research output is the national journal of community service and special outcomes are mothers can utilize the land with organic investment and self-employment, and educate children with Islamic religion. Keywords: Improved skills, farmers, srengseng AbstrakPemanfaatan lahan kosong selama ini, digunakan oleh para petani dengan bertani tradisional dengan pemasaran konfensional. Pemanfaatan lahan yang dikelola oleh keluarga berkecenderungan dilaksanaan  oleh ibu-ibu petani mulai dengan penanaman, pemeliharaan tanamansampai panen. Kegiatan ibu-ibu diwaktu senggang digunakan untuk hal yang kurang produktif. Masalahnya kelompok ibu-ibu petani kelurahan srengseng kurang memiliki pengetahuan yang bermanfaat untuk keluarga. Untuk itu solusi pengabdian masyarakat meningkatkan pengetahuan ibu-ibu. Dengan melalui ketrampilan yang bermakna agar lebih produktif dan dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan keluarga. Metode pengabdian masyarakat adalah dengan membelaki ibu-ibu petani dengan pengetahuan yang dibutuhkan. Memberi pengetahuan agama pada anak-anaknya, ibu-ibu mendapat bimbingan pengetahuan keuangan sederhana, belajar teori motivasi dan kewirausahaan, cara membuat pupuk organic, cara menanam tanaman organic. Pengabdian ini dilaksanakan sehubungan dengan hasil penelitian tentang organic yang mendapat hibah dari DIKTI tahun 2017 dan 2018. Luaran penelitian adalah jurnal nasional pengmas dan luaran khusus adalah ibu-ibu dapat memanfaatkan lahan kosong dengan menanam organic dan wirausaha snek, maupun mendidik anak-anak dengan agama Islam. Kata kunci: Peningkatan keterampilan, petani, srengseng

Abstract

AbstractImproving the skills of mothers needs to be improved in line with technological progress. Especially mothers who already have a cake and catering business, so that always follow the development of consumer desire required entrepreneurship training. The problem of community service is PKK mothers who are engaged in snack, catering, laundry, beverage not yet registered in BPOM, have no brand, no bookkeeping yet, new way of marketing using contact whatsapp so that only consumers who live in the complex. For that community service needs to be done in the complex of Grand Bintaro Asri, Sawah Lama, Ciputat-Tangerang Selatan. The purpose of community service is to help mothers PKK Grand Bintaro Asri to be more advanced in entrepreneurship both management and marketing of products give the brand name to be easily recognized and distinguish with similar products. Through this entrepreneurial training, it is expected that mothers can add management and financial insight and able to make their product brand and able to market their products effectively. Skills that have been implemented are entrepreneurial knowledge, financial management, marketing management, create a brand name and have product innovation skills. Keywords: entrepreneurship skills, financial management, marketing AbstrakKetrampilan ibu-ibu perlu ditingkatkan seiring dengan kemajuan perkembangan teknologi. Terutama ibu-ibu yang sudah memiliki bisnis kue dan catering, sehingga agar selalu mengikuti perkembangan keinginan konsumen diperlukan pelatihan kewirausahaan. Masalah pengabdian masyarakat adalah ibu-ibu PKK yang bergerak dalam kewirausahaan snack, catering, laundry, dan minuman belum terdaftar di BPOM, belum memiliki merek, belum ada pembukuan, cara pemasaran baru menggunakan contact whatsapp sehingga konsumen hanya yang tinggal di komplek tersebut. Untuk itu pengabdian masyarakat perlu dilakukan di komplek Grand Bintaro Asri, Sawah Lama, Ciputat-Tangerang Selatan. Adapun tujuan pengabdian masyarakat adalah untuk membantu ibu-ibu PKK Grand Bintaro Asri agar lebih maju dalam berwirausaha baik manajemen maupun pemasaran produk memberi nama merek agar mudah dikenal dan membedakan dengan produk sejenis. Melalui pelatihan kewirausahaan ini diharapkan ibu-ibu dapat menambah wawasan manajemen dan keuangan serta mampu membuat merek produknya dan mampu memasarkan produknya dengan efektif. Ketrampilan yang telah dilaksanakan adalah pengetahuan kewirausahaan, manajemen keuangan, manajemen pemasaran, membuat nama merek dan memiliki ketrampilan inovasi produk. Kata kunci: ketrampilan entrepreneurship, manajemen keuangan, pemasaran

Abstract

Peneliti bertujuan memberikan edukasi mengenai etika, dan moral dalam Hukum Islam di panti asuhan bina yatim dan dhu’afa cabang bintaro. Etika dan moral sangat berkaitan erat. Etika, adalah: baik buruknya tingkah laku seseorang. Sedangkan moral berupa tindakkan ataupun perilaku berinteraksi terhadap orang lain. Metode yang digunakan normative yuridis, dan konseptual. Bahan penelitian berupa: data primer, sekunder, dan library (kepustakaan). Hasil diharapkan mampu membangun akan kesadaran etika, dan moral dalm aspek hukum islam. Kesimpulan edukasi ini, bahwa etika dan moral yang diterapkan di panti asuhan bina yatim dan dhu’afa sudah cukup baik.

Abstract

AbstractThe research aims to analyze the effectiveness of the BPJS employment Policy on Workers’ Rights in a legal aspects. Based on the 1945 Constitution Article. 27 paragraph (2) concerning citizens’ rights to workers and the right to a dignified live for humanity, and based on Law Number. 24 years old. 2011 concerning the Social Security Administration Agency. The research method uses a normative legal approach and a conceptual approach. Juridical and qualitative methods to produces descriptive data in the form of written or spoken words from the people observed. This conclusion of this research is that many companies or foundation do not provide workers’ rights. Work is worship and a need for every human being. The results of this study, are: that the effectiveness of the BPJS employment policy has not been fully implemented in various companies or foundations in Indonesia.Keywords: BPJS Employment, Rights, LawAbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis terhadap Efektivitas Kebijakan BPJS Ketenagkerjaan Terhadap Hak Pekerja Dalam Aspek. Metode penelitian menggunakan normatif dengan pendekatan undang-undang, dan pendekatan konseptual. Metode yuridis dan kualitatif guna menghasilkan data deskriptif berupa kata-kata tertulis atau lisan dari orang-orang yang diamati. Kesimpulan penelitian ini masih banyak perusahaan atau yayasan-yayasan tidak memberikan hak pekerja. Bekerja merupakan ibadah dan kebutuhan setiap umat manusia. Hasil penelitian ini, adalah: bahwa efektivitas kebijakan BPJS Ketenagakerjaan belum sepenuhnya diterapkan di berbagai perusahaan atau yayasan di Indonesia.Kata kunci : BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, Hak, Hukum

Abstract

AbstractMany Shopee Pay Later users are disappointed with the policies implemented by Shopee Pay Later, such as fines, delays, etc. The research aims to find out comparative practices between Islamic Law, Islamic economic law, and KHUPerdata in the use of Shopee Pay Later online buying and selling. The methods are: normative juridical and qualitative. Legal research on written regulations is carried out by reviewing library materials or secondary materials. Through normative approaches,e namely: approaches based on key legal entities, examining theories, concepts, legal principles, and legal provisions related to this research. The conclusion shows that concept Islamic law violates the law contrary to provisions of Islamic law, namely: regarding the position of Islamic law is invalid. At the same time, this is no allowed administrative processing fees in calculating the percentage of Qardh funds based on the DSN Fatwa of the Al-Qardh contract No.19/DSNMUI/IV/2001 Civil Code and related regulations that remain in effect.

Abstract

"Demi Kita" is the first edu-web platform or portal in Indonesia that focuses on empowering and strengthening the capacity of prospective couples and families to have the spirit of continuous learning. This research aims to conduct an in-depth study related to the concept of the "Demi Kita" program as an effort to strengthen family institutions. After that, the description related to the "Demi Kita" program is reviewed using a normative or legal approach. The type of research used in this study is Normative Legal Research with a legal approach (based on norm research). The data collection techniques used in this study are interviews and documentation. In addition, the researcher used literature studies. The data analysis used in this study is a qualitative descriptive analysis. The results of this study inform that “Demi Kita” is the first edu-web platform or portal in Indonesia that focuses on empowering and strengthening the capacity of prospective couples and families to have the spirit of continuous learning. The use of the latest technology is used to increase the effectiveness of the program in supporting family education. The goals and programs of “Demi Kita” are in accordance with the purpose of marriage, which is to form a happy and eternal family. As according to the marriage law and several legal scholars related to the meaning of marriage. In addition, marriage law in Indonesia, along with related regulations, provides a strong basis to support programs for our sake. Namely lifelong education for families, increasing family capacity, establishing partnerships in family planning programs, and improving the skills of extension workers and field officers.

Abstract

An unwritten agreement or oral agreement is an agreement made only based on theagreement of the parties orally without any written evidence. The legal implicationsof this unwritten agreement are an important concern in legal practice. Article1320 KUHPerdata stipulates that for the validity of an agreement four conditionsare required: agreement of the parties, capacity to make an obligation, a certainmatter, and a lawful cause. In addition, evidence by witnesses, testimony,confession, and oath. However, written evidence is not the only evidence that canbe used in proving an agreement. The court can also accept other valid evidence toprove the existence of an agreement, such as electronic evidence, testimony, andassumptions. Therefore, in legal practice, it is important to understand the legalimplications of unwritten agreements and the ways to prove them in court.Keywords: Implications, Unwritten Agreement, Business Law

Abstract

The leadership style of a business venture is important for the sustainability and development of climate, and employee performance. The problems in hospitals seen from the pre-survey showed that leadership style is 69%, employee satisfaction is 59%, employee motivation is 55%, the culture planned by the organization is 60% implemented by employees, organizational commitment is 60% and employee performance is 62%. For this reason, this research will examine transformational leadership style, intrinsic motivation, organizational culture, employee commitment, and performance. The research method is surveyed and quantitative research. Data was collected through questionnaires to capture latent variables—sampling applied purposive sampling, namely employees who have worked for more than one year. The analysis tool used was SEM with the Lisrel program, the research sample was 157 respondents consisting of 87 women and 70 men aged 24-39 years. The research results imply that employee performance is mediated by commitment, commitment is influenced by leadership style, and leadership and organizational culture directly influence employee performance.

Abstract

The lack of public social media awareness via Instagram and WhatsApp they are still tempted by discounts or promotions for buying and selling cellphones. In the Criminal KHU Law Number 82 of 2012 Electronic Systems, Transactions and Criminal Crimes Against Cyber Crime perpetrators. The research analyzes legal protection against fraudulent purchases when buying and selling cell phones via Instagram and WhatsApp. Researchers used the method from field research and normative juridical, data obtained by interviewing victims/consumers, library materials, statutory regulations, and normative empirical juridical. The expected results of the methods for reporting buying and selling fraud via social media and victims regulated by Law No.31 of 2014 on consumer witness/victims protection. The conclusion is that legal officials, especially the police, will investigate more deeply the perpetrators of the crime of buying and selling cell phone fraud, and to what extent the perpetrators of the fraud were caught and imprisoned.
