<![CDATA[ABSTRAK Sumber daya manusia yang baik tentunya akan mampu memanfaatkan peluang yang ada dengan optimal agar tercapai efektifitas dan efisiensi dalam bekerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan kerjasama terhadap kinerja karyawan PAM Tirta Mangkaluku Kota Palopo. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Populasi yang dipilih dalam penelitian adalah semua karyawan diPAM Tirta Mangkaluku Kota Palopo sebanyak 322 orang, peneliti mengambil sampel sebanyak 76 orang, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja dan kerjasama berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan PAM Tirta Mangkaluku Kota Palopo. This study aims to determine the effect of work environment and cooperation on employee performance of PAM Tirta Mangkaluku Palopo City. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The population selected in the study were all employees at PAM Tirta Mangkaluku Palopo City as many as 322 people, the researchers took a sample of 76 people, with purposive sampling technique.
