Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji apakah QWL dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan di PAM Tirta Mangkaluku Kota Palopo. Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian survei, penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan probability sampling dengan metode pengambilan sampel simple random sampling, sehingga jumlah sampel sebanyak 85 responden. Analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa QWL dan kepuasan kerja memiliki pengaruh yang baik dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan di PAM Tirta Mangkaluku Kota Palopo.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Sumber daya manusia yang baik tentunya akan mampu memanfaatkan peluang yang ada dengan optimal agar tercapai efektifitas dan efisiensi dalam bekerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan kerjasama terhadap kinerja karyawan PAM Tirta Mangkaluku Kota Palopo. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Populasi yang dipilih dalam penelitian adalah semua karyawan diPAM Tirta Mangkaluku Kota Palopo sebanyak 322 orang, peneliti mengambil sampel sebanyak 76 orang, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja dan kerjasama berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan PAM Tirta Mangkaluku Kota Palopo. ABSTRAct Good human resources will certainly be able to optimally utilize existing opportunities in order to achieve effectiveness and efficiency at work. This study aims to determine the effect of work environment and cooperation on employee performance of PAM Tirta Mangkaluku Palopo City. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The population selected in the study were all employees at PAM Tirta Mangkaluku Palopo City as many as 322 people, the researchers took a sample of 76 people, with purposive sampling technique. The results showed that the work environment and cooperation had a positive effect on the performance of employees of PAM Tirta Mangkaluku Palopo City.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Untuk menciptakan Prestasi kerja karyawan yang berkualitas dan terukur, perusahaan harusĀ  dapat melakukan pelatihan dan pengembangan pada sumber daya manusia yang dimilikinya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi kerja, pengalaman kerja dan pengembangan karir terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Lokasi penelitian ini dilakukan pada PT. BNI kantor cabang Masamba. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 30 karyawan dan jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan sebanyak 30 orang responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik Non Probability Sampling. Salah satu jenis teknik pengambilan sampel dari non probability sampling adalah menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh (sensus). Teknik analisis data yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis diketahui bahwa variabel kompetensi kerja, pengalanan kerja dan pengembangan karir berpengaruh dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan pada PT. BNI kantor cabang Masamba. Variabel kompetensi kerja, pengalaman kerja dan pengembangan karir berpengaruh dan signifikan secara simultan terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan PT. BNI kantor cabang Masamba. ABSTRAct To create quality and measurable employee work performance, companies must be able to conduct training and development on their human resources. This study aims to determine. This study aims to determine the effect of work competence, work experience and career development on employee performance. This type of research is a quantitative research. The location of this research was conducted at PT. BNI Masamba branch office. The population in this study were 30 employees and the number of samples used in this study were all employees as many as 30 respondents. The sampling technique used in this study on the non probabilty sampling technique. One type of sampling technique from non-probability sampling is to use a saturated sampling technique (census). The data analysis technique used to test the hypothesis in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the analysis, it is known that the variables of work competence, work experience and career development have a partial and significant effect on employee performance at PT. BNI Masamba branch office. The variables of work competence, work experience and career development have a simultaneous and significant effect on the work performance of PT. BNI Masamba branch office.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how much leadership style and work motivation affect employee performance at the office of the regional financial and revenue management agency of North Luwu Regency. The type of research used in this research is quantitative. The population of this study were employees at the office of the regional financial and revenue management agency of North Luwu Regency. Where the sample was collected by sampling technique. The total sample was calculated using the Slovin formula resulting in a sample of 55 respondents. The data analysis techniques used are instrument tests, multiple linear regression analyses, and coefficient of determination analysis. The results showed that the leadership style variable (X1) partially had a significant effect on employee performance (Y) while the work motivation variable (X2) partially had a significant effect on employee performance (Y).

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of work skills on employee performance, the effect of work skills on employee performance, as well as the effect of work skills and work abilities on employee performance at PDAM Luwu Regency. This research is a type of descriptive quantitative research. The population in this study was all employees at PDAM Luwu Regency with a total of 70 people. Sampling used Nonprobability Sampling with saturated sampling techniques. The number of samples used in this research was 70 people. The types and sources of data used in this research are primary data and secondary data. The work skills variable (X1) is stated to have no effect and is not significant on employee performance (Y). while the work ability variable (X2) is stated to have a significant and influential effect on employee performance (Y). In the Simultaneous Test, Work Skills and Work Ability have a joint (simultaneous) and significant effect on Employee Performance at PDAM Luwu Regency. Training is needed for the skills of each employee, as well as increasing the work ability of employees at PDAM Luwu Regency.

Abstract

This study aimed to evaluate the influence of income and work motivation on employee performance. The study was conducted on a group of 60 permanent employees from Perumda Tirta Mangkaluku Palopo. A sample size of 52 individuals was chosen for this investigation. This study employed a questionnaire as a tool for gathering data. This study employed validity and reliability assessments to evaluate the correctness and consistency of the data, and utilized T and F tests to examine the hypothesis. This study demonstrates the absence of a correlation between employee remuneration and the performance of Perumda Tirta Mangkaluku Palopo. Nevertheless, this study demonstrates a correlation between remuneration and job motivation, which subsequently impacts the performance of employees at Perumda Tirta Mangkaluku Palopo. Both elements exert a substantial influence on the performance of employees within the firm

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis hubungan antara hubungan interpersonal dan lingkungan kerja dengan kepuasan kerja karyawan di mandiri utama finance cabang palopo. Penelitian ini menggunakan 70 responden sebagai sampel. Hipotesis diuji dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda menggunakan aplikasi SMART PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hubngan interpersonal dan lingkungan kerja memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan di mandiri utama finance cabang palopo. Kata kunci: hubungan interpersonal, lingkungan kerja dan kepuasan kerja karyawan

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline on the work productivity of lecturers at Muhammadiyah University of Palopo. This research uses a quantitative approach. Sampling in this research uses the census method by using the entire population as a sample, namely 150 lecturers at Muhammadiyah Palopo University. The results showed that work discipline has a significant positive effect on lecturer productivity at Muhammadiyah University of Palopo.
