<![CDATA[ABSTRAK Jika sebuah organisasi tidak memiliki sumber daya manusia yang baik, akan sulit untuk melakukannya dengan baik. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Peran Disiplin Kerja, Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai UPT Jemput Antar Kota Palopo. Metode penelitian bersifat kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiasi. Populasi dan sampel berasal dari karyawan/pegawai UPT Jemput antar kota palopo dan analisis data mengunakan bantuan aplikasi SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa disiplin kerja, keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai. ABSTRACT If an organization does not have good human resources, it will be difficult to do well. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of work discipline, occupational safety and health on the performance of Palopo Intercity Shuttle UPT employees. The research method is quantitative with an association approach. The population and sample came from employees / employees of the UPT Jemput antar Kota Palopo and data analysis using the help of the SPSS application.
