Abstract

The purpose of research is to know and analyze the Influence of Motivation and Employee Commitment to Work Achievement At PT. Marina Putra Indonesia Representative of North Luwu Regency. The research is an explanatory research and using survey method. The research population is the employees of PT. Marina Putra Indonesia Representative of North Luwu District, which amounts to 15 people are also used as samples in research. Data analysis method used in this research is descriptive analysis and Multiple Linear Regression, where independent variable consists of motivation and Commitment of Employees while for dependent variable that is Work Achievement. The result of research by using multiple linear regression analysis shows that simultaneously (Test F) motivation and commitment variable have a significant effect on Job Performance variable, so the first hypothesis in this research which suspect that motivation and Commitment have positive and significant impact on Employee Work Achievement PT. Marina Putra Indonesia Representative of North Luwu Regency proved true. While for (t-test) from the result turn out motivation variable which have positive significant effect and have dominant influence to Work Achievement with regression coefficient value equal to 50,4%. While for the Commitment variable has a positive effect is not significant on Job Performance with the value of regression coefficient value of 7.8%. Thus the second hypothesis in this study that suspect that motivation has a dominant effect on employee performance of PT. Marina Putra Indonesia Representative of North Luwu Regency is proven true.

Abstract

Abstract

ABSTRAKTujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah meningkatkan minat berwirausaha masyarakat tana toraja melalui pemberdayaan dengan kegiatan wirausaha. Wirausaha adalah proses mengidentifikasi, mengembangkan, dan membawa visi ke dalam kehidupan. Visi tersebut bisa berupa ide inovatif, peluang, cara yang lebih baik dalam menjalankan sesuatu. Hasil akhir dari proses tersebut adalah penciptaan usaha baru yang dibentuk pada kondisi risiko atau ketidakpastian. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah dengan pelatihan membuat keterampilan dalam membuat produk dari bahan buah kunru, yaitu sukade yang diawali dari pengenalan alat dan bahan dilanjutkan dengan pembuatan sukade buah kunru. Setelah kegiatan selesai dilakukan pendampingan termasuk evaluasi kegiatan. Hasil dari kegiatan ini berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis komparatif antara minat berwirausaha sebelum dan sesudah kegiatan dengan Paired Samples Test didapatkan nilai sig. (2- tailed) adalah 0.008 < 0.05 (α = 5%). Hal tersebut menunjukan bahwa ada pengaruh kegiatan pemberdayaan dengan kegiatan wirausaha dalam meningkatkan minat wirausaha masyarakat tana toraja. Kata Kunci: masyarakat; sukade buah kunru; kegiatan usaha; minat wirausaha. ABSTRACTThe purpose of this activity is to increase the interest in entrepreneurship in the Tana Toraja community through empowerment with entrepreneurial activities. Entrepreneurship is the process of identifying, developing and bringing a vision into life. That vision can be innovative ideas, opportunities, better ways of doing things. The end result of this process is the creation of new ventures that are formed under conditions of risk or uncertainty. The method used in this activity is training to make skills in making products from kunru fruit, namely sukade which begins with the introduction of tools and materials followed by making kunru fruit sukade. After the activity is complete, assistance is carried out including activity evaluation. The results of this activity are based on the results of the comparative hypothesis test between the interest in entrepreneurship before and after the activity with the Paired Samples Test, the sig value is obtained. (2-tailed) was 0.008 <0.05 (α = 5%). This shows that there is an influence of empowerment activities with entrepreneurial activities in increasing the entrepreneurial interest of the Tana Toraja community. Keywords: society; kundur fruit sukade; business activities; entrepreneurial interest.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi dampak motivasi, kepemimpinan, kompetensi, dan pelatihan terhadap tingkat kepuasan kerja, serta memeriksa bagaimana kepuasan kerja mempengaruhi kinerja. Responden yang terlibat dalam penelitian ini adalah 113 pegawai. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik sensus. Data primer yang dibutuhkan dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang menggunakan skala Likert dan skala numerik. Sementara itu, data sekunder diperoleh dari Laporan Tahunan dan Laporan Akuntabilitas Kinerja Instansi Pemerintah (LAKIP) Dinas Pertanian (DISTAN) Luwu Timur. Analisis dilakukan menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif dan metode Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) dengan menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja pegawai dalam komunikasi vertikal dipengaruhi secara langsung dan tidak langsung oleh motivasi, kepemimpinan, dan kompetensi. Sementara itu, pelatihan mempengaruhi kinerja secara tidak langsung melalui kepuasan kerja. Dalam hal kinerja pegawai dalam komunikasi horizontal, kepemimpinan, kompetensi, dan pelatihan memiliki pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung. Motivasi juga memiliki pengaruh langsung terhadap kinerja. Kepuasan kerja berfungsi sebagai mediator antara motivasi, kepemimpinan, kompetensi, dan pelatihan dengan kinerja. Untuk meningkatkan kinerja melalui kepuasan kerja dalam komunikasi horizontal, strategi utama yang dapat dilakukan adalah meningkatkan kompetensi pegawai melalui pendidikan dan pelatihan yang relevan dengan tugas dan jabatan.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Karyawan sebagai sumberdaya utama perusahaan dituntut untuk memberikan pelayanan terbaik kepada konsumen dan memberikan kinerja yang optimal sehingga konsumen merasa terlayani dengan baik dan merasa puas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh mutasi terhadap kinerja pegawai di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Batara Guru Kabupaten Luwu, mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi terhadap kinerja pegawai di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Batara Guru Kabupaten Luwu, mengetahui pengaruh mutasi dan kompensasi secara simultan terhadap kinerja pegawai di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Batara Guru Kabupaten Luwu. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Populasi sekaligus sampel yang dipilih dalam penelitian adalah semua pegawai dki RSUD Batara Guru Belopa sebanyak 65 orang, yang diambil menggunakan simple random sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mutasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Batara Guru Kabupaten Luwu, kompensasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Batara Guru Kabupaten Luwu, mutasi dan kompensasi secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Batara Guru Kabupaten Luwu.   ABSTRAct Employees as the main resource of the company are required to provide the best service to consumers and provide optimal performance so that consumers feel well served and feel satisfied. This study aims to determine the effect of mutation on employee performance at Batara Guru Regional General Hospital, Luwu Regency, determine the effect of compensation on employee performance at Batara Guru Regional General Hospital, Luwu Regency, determine the effect of mutation and compensation simultaneously on employee performance at Batara Guru Regional General Hospital, Luwu Regency. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The population as well as the sample selected in the study were all employees of the Batara Guru Belopa Regional General Hospital as many as 65 people, who were taken using simple random sampling. The results showed that mutation has a significant effect on employee performance at Batara Guru Regional General Hospital, Luwu Regency, compensation has a significant effect on employee performance at Batara Guru Regional General Hospital, Luwu Regency, mutation and compensation simultaneously affect employee performance at Batara Guru Regional General Hospital, Luwu Regency.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Jika sebuah organisasi tidak memiliki sumber daya manusia yang baik, akan sulit untuk melakukannya dengan baik. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Peran Disiplin Kerja, Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai UPT Jemput Antar Kota Palopo. Metode penelitian bersifat kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiasi. Populasi dan sampel berasal dari karyawan/pegawai UPT Jemput antar kota palopo dan analisis data mengunakan bantuan aplikasi SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa disiplin kerja, keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai. ABSTRACT If an organization does not have good human resources, it will be difficult to do well. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of work discipline, occupational safety and health on the performance of Palopo Intercity Shuttle UPT employees. The research method is quantitative with an association approach. The population and sample came from employees / employees of the UPT Jemput antar Kota Palopo and data analysis using the help of the SPSS application. The results showed that work discipline, occupational safety and health had an effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Leaders have an important role in an organization. Various tasks are the responsibility of the leader in an organization, including increasing the organizational commitment of civil servants at the Andi Jemma Airport Operator Unit Office. This can also be influenced by the leadership style used by a leader, one of the leadership styles that can affect the organizational commitment of civil servants is transformational leadership. The purpose of this study is to explore the implementation of transformational leadership in improving the organizational commitment of civil servants at the Andi Jemma Airport Operator Unit Office. This research uses exploratory research with a qualitative approach. Primary data sources in this study are the results of questionnaires and secondary data sources from the exploration of various journals.  Activities in data analysis are data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing or verification. The research results show that to achieve optimal results and maintain organizational sustainability, the role of human resource (HR) quality is key, which affects organizational performance and success. Transformational leadership style, with aspects of employee empowerment, effective communication, and individual development, emerges as an approach that has the potential to increase employee organizational commitment. The implementation of transformational leadership can form an environment that motivates and inspires employees to be dedicated to the organization, positively impacting the performance and existence of the organization, as in the case of Andi Jemma Airport.

Abstract

Pada penulisan artikel ini yang berjudul “ Pengaruh Motivasi dan Kepuasan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Melalui Variabel Religiusitas PT.Mandala Multifinance Palopo”. Penelitian ini bertujuan pada analisis pengaruh motivasi dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja melalui variabel religiusitas pada PT.Mandala Multifinance Palopo. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT.Mandala Multifinance Palopo dengan responden 40 orang. Data dikumpulkan melalui angket atau kuesioner sedangkan analisis data menggunakan SmartPLS4. Temuan penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa: 1). Motivasi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan pada kinerja dengan nilai koefisien jalur -0,152 pada output smartPLS. 2). Kepuasan kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan pada kinerja dengan nilai koefisien jalur 0,541. 3). Motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap religiusitas dengan nilai koefisien jalur 0,391. 4) kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan pada religiusitas dengan nilai koefisien jalur 0,556. 5) religiusitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan pada kinerja. 6). Religiusitas memediasi hubungan motivasi kerja dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini juga mengungkapakan bahwa religiusitas berkontribusi dalam memeperkuat pengaruh motivasi dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja. Nilai-nilai religiusitas dapat mendorong individu untuk lebih bertanggung jawab, disiplin, dan memiliki orientasi moral serta spiritual dalam melaksanakan tugasnya. Penelitian ini juga menekankan pentingnya mempertahankan nilai-nilai religiusitas dilingkungan kerja dan membentuk suasana kerja yang harmonis dan memberikan makna yang mendalam terhadap pekerjaan

Abstract

This study analyzes the implementation of Islamic economic principles in the mappatoi system as a form of sharia economic adaptation among minority Muslim communities in Cendana Putih 1 Village, North Luwu, living in a plural society dominated by Hindu customary systems. The research employs a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data were collected through participant observation, in-depth interviews with Muslim and Hindu farmers, and document analysis. Data analysis utilized a descriptive-qualitative approach with a fiqh al-aqalliyyat framework. Findings reveal the phenomenon of "Islamic legal hybridity in minority agrarian economics" where the mappatoi system functions as vernacular Islamic economics that maintains maqasid al-shariah through creative adaptation. The study also discovered "unconscious Islamic compliance" among Hindu participants, demonstrating convergence of universal ethical values. The research develops a theoretical framework of "Islamic Legal Hybridity" that explains how Islamic economic principles can be adapted within traditional economic systems through sophisticated value negotiation. Occupational homogeneity in the agricultural sector serves as a cross-religious bridge facilitating sustainable economic cooperation.

Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to examine the influence of Islamic financial literacy on the interest in using Islamic financial products among Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Palopo City. Methodology: A quantitative survey approach was employed using purposive sampling. Data were collected from 56 MSME respondents via online questionnaires and analyzed using linear regression with SmartPLS 4. Results: The analysis revealed that Islamic financial literacy—comprising knowledge of Islamic financing, investment, and insurance—has a positive and significant effect on the interest in using Islamic financial products. Findings: The study confirms that greater understanding of Islamic finance principles enhances MSMEs’ willingness to engage with Sharia-compliant financial services. Novelty: This research provides empirical evidence from MSMEs in a regional Indonesian context, focusing specifically on the role of financial literacy in shaping Islamic financial product adoption. Originality: Unlike prior studies, this work integrates multiple dimensions of Islamic financial literacy and targets the under-researched MSME sector in Palopo City. Conclusions: Improving Islamic financial literacy is critical to encouraging ethical financial decisions and increasing the adoption of Sharia-compliant products among MSMEs. Type of Paper: Quantitative Empirical Research Paper.
