Abstract

The objective  of the study was to find out the effect of  work stress and environmental on the performance of employees at PT. Sinar Mitra Sepadan Finance Palopo Branch. The results of study showed that work stress had a positive effect on the performance of employees of PT. Sinar Sepadan Finance Palopo Branch Branch, with a probability value of 0,000 smaller with an alpha of 0.05 (0.000 <0.05). It means that work stress has a  positive and significant effect on employee performance. The results of study  show that the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This   \is evidenced by the probability value of 0.007 smaller than alpha 0.05 (0.007 <0.05). Simultaneously, work stress and work environment have a significant effect on employee performance. This is evidenced by the results of multiple linear regression statistical tests obtained by significant value F-count 0,000 alpha 5% value of Sig F <Sig α (0,000 <0,05).

Abstract

Leachate atau lindi sampah berpotensi untuk mencemari air pemukaan dan air tanah. Hal ini diakibatkan degradasi biologis leachate menghasilkan pencemar berbahaya seperti zat organik dan logam berat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengamati efisiensi MSL dalam mereduksi pencemar yang terkandung dalam leachate. Pengamatan penelitian difokuskan pada pengaruh hydraulic loading rate (HLR) terhadap efisiensi reduksi pencemar, yang terdiri atas 250 l/m2.hari, 500 l/m2.hari dan 1000 l/m2.hari. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara mengalirkan secara gravitasi leachate Tempat Pemprosesan Akhir (TPA) Talang Gulo ke reaktor MSL berdimensi 15x50x50 cm. Reaktor MSL terdiri atas lapisan impermeable dan lapisan permeabel. Lapisan impermeabel merupakan lapisan yang terdiri atas campuran tanah dan arang dengan rasio 2 : 1, serta lapisan permeabel terdiri atas lapisan zeolit berdiameter 0,25 – 0,5 cm. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, didapat bahwa MSL dapat menetralkan pH dan mereduksi konsentrasi pencemar COD, amoniak, besi (Fe) dan warna. Efisiensi reduksi untuk semua pencemar berkisar 92% – 99,966%. Secara umum, HLR sangat mempengaruhi efisiensi reduksi, dimana makin rendah HLR maka makin rendah konsentrasi outlet serta makin tinggi efisiensi reduksi.

Abstract

Recent studies have explored various adsorbent materials that are low-cost, available in quantity, and effective for heavy metal removal, one of them is the Water Treatment Plant (WTP) sludge. The study aimed to investigate the potential of recycling Water Treatment Plant sludge into an adsorbent for Cu (II) removal. The sludge adsorbent was carbonized by using a furnace at 600°C for 2 hours. This study was conducted in batch. The adsorbent effectiveness was analyzed by varying the dosage, contact time, and activation of the sludge adsorbent on Cu (II) removal. The adsorption isotherm was analyzed using the Langmuir and Ferundlich models, and the kinetic study used pseudo-first-order and pseudo-second-order model. The results showed the removal efficiency of Cu (II) for both activated and non-activated sludge adsorbents reached 98.6–99.9%. The addition of dosage did not affect the increase in Cu (II) adsorption capacity. Activation of the adsorbent increased the adsorption capacity of Cu (II) with the equilibrium time at 60–90 min, shorter than the non-activated adsorbent at 90–120 min. The adsorption isotherm model for both adsorbent types fitted well to the Langmuir model, indicating the adsorption process occurs in a single layer on a homogeneous surface. The adsorption kinetics followed pseudo-second-order with a high correlation coefficient. Water treatment sludge, an industrial by-product, has the potential to be an effective and low-cost adsorbent material for Cu removal.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Jika sebuah organisasi tidak memiliki sumber daya manusia yang baik, akan sulit untuk melakukannya dengan baik. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Peran Disiplin Kerja, Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai UPT Jemput Antar Kota Palopo. Metode penelitian bersifat kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiasi. Populasi dan sampel berasal dari karyawan/pegawai UPT Jemput antar kota palopo dan analisis data mengunakan bantuan aplikasi SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa disiplin kerja, keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai. ABSTRACT If an organization does not have good human resources, it will be difficult to do well. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of work discipline, occupational safety and health on the performance of Palopo Intercity Shuttle UPT employees. The research method is quantitative with an association approach. The population and sample came from employees / employees of the UPT Jemput antar Kota Palopo and data analysis using the help of the SPSS application. The results showed that work discipline, occupational safety and health had an effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Abstrak kebijakan dana desa menitikberatkan pada pembangunan infrastruktur dan meningkatkan keterlibatan masyarakat, seperti perbaikan jalan agar lebih mudah diakses. Kebijakan ini sejalan dengan keinginan masyarakat untuk lebih berkonsentrasi pada pembangunan fisik guna memudahkan setiap masyarakat untuk berpartisipasi dalam kegiatan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peran dana desa dalam meningkatkan pembangunan ekonomi di kecamatan tana lili. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan sampel berjumlah 210 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan proportional random sampling. Dalam penelitian ini dilakukan langsung ke Kantor Kecamtan Tana Lili Kabupaten Luwu Utara dengan menyebarkan kuisioner kepada pegawai, dan masyarakat yang ada di kecamtan tana lili. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Dana desa berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pembangunan ekonomi, dimana dengan adanya dana desa yang baik dapat mempengaruhi besarnya peningkatan pembangunan ekonomi yang ada di Desa sekitar Kecamatan Tana Lili, Kabupaten Luwu Utara. Kata Kunci: Dana Desa, Pembangunan Ekonomi, Tana Lili Abstract The village fund policy focuses on infrastructure development and increasing community involvement, such as improving roads to make them more accessible. This policy is in line with the community's desire to concentrate more on physical development to make it easier for each community to participate in activities. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of village funds in improving economic development in the tana lili sub-district. The method used is a quantitative approach with a sample of 210 people. The sampling technique used proportional random sampling. This research was conducted directly at the Tana Lili Kecamtan Office, North Luwu Regency by distributing questionnaires to employees, and the community in the tana lili kecamtan. The results showed that village funds have a significant effect on economic development, where the existence of good village funds can affect the magnitude of the increase in economic development in the villages around Tana Lili District, North Luwu Regency. Abstract

Soil washing is one of the effective methods to remove contaminants in polluted soil by moving them from the solid phase (soil) to the liquid phase (water). This study examines the effect of soil washing on the concentration of Total Petroleum Hydrocarbon (TPH) in petroleum-polluted soil at the Ex-Mining Area in Jambi and the removal of oil and grease in soil washing residue using a fixed bed column. The soil washing method uses a leaching column with various concentrations of Tween 80 surfactant solution of 0.5% (v/v) and 1% (v/v). In addition, leaching was repeated 0, 1, and 2 times. Coffee husk biochar was used as a medium in a fixed bed column to remove oil and grease from soil-washing residue with thickness variations of 10 cm, 20 cm, and 30 cm. The results showed that the soil was loamy sand with an initial TPH content of 3092.75 mg/kg. The soil-washing process reduced the TPH concentration with a removal efficiency of 72.45-90.40%. The highest TPH removal occurred in one leaching repetition at a 0.5% surfactant concentration. The optimum oil and fat removal from the use of a fixed bed column is at 30 cm thickness which is 94.35%.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Meskipun sumber daya alam suatu yang dimiliki perusahaan melimpah, namun tidak didukung oleh sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas maka proses produksi tidak akan efketif dan efisien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji penga ruh budaya organisasi, kompensasi, dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan yang ada di PT Jas Mulia Palm Oil Mill di Luwu Utara. Pupulasi dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan yang ada di PT Jas Mulia Palm Oil Mill berjumlah 105 orang. Teknik sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling dengan menetapkan kriteria sampel yaitu tingkat Pendidikan minimal SMA/sederajat dan telah bekerja minimal setahun. Total dari sampel yang memenuhi kriteria adalah 79 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang diukur dengan skala likert. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan meliputi uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji regresi, uji koefisien determinasi, uji t, dan uji F. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah aplikasi olah data statistic SPSS versi 29.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variable Budaya Organisasi dan variable Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variable Kinerja karyawan. Di sisi lain variable Kompensasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap variable Kinerja Karyawan. Secara simultan Variabel Budaya Organisasi, Kompensasi, dan Disiplin Kejra berpenagruh terhadap variable Kinerja Karyawan. ABSTRAct Although the company has abundant natural resources, if it is not supported by qualified human resources, the production process will not be effective and efficient. The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of organizational culture, compensation and work discipline on the performance of employees at PT Jas Mulia Palm Oil Mill in North Luwu. The population of this study is all employees at PT Jas Mulia Palm Oil Mill totaling 105 people. The sample technique used was purposive sampling by setting the sample criteria as a minimum education level of high school/equivalent and having worked for at least a year. The total sample that met the criteria is 79 people. Data collected was collected using a questionnaire measured by a Likert scale. The data analysis techniques used ware validity tests, reliability tests, regression tests, coefficient of determination tests, t tests, and F tests. The analytical tools used were SPSS statistical data processing applications version 29.0. The results showed that partially Organizational Culture variable and Work Discipline variable has a significant effect on Employee Performance variable. On the other site, the Compensation variable has no effect on the Employee Performance variable. Simultaneously the Variables of Organizational Culture, Compensation, and Work Discipline have an influence on Employee Performance variables.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the effect of providing people's business credit (KUR) on the performance of UMKM in North Luwu Regency. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The sampling technique used purportive sampling, the analysis method used was simple regression analysis. The research findings indicate that the provision of KUR (Kredit Usaha Rakyat, or People's Business Credit) has a positive and significant impact on the performance of UMKM (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) in Luwu Regency. The study demonstrates that access to KUR financing has enhanced the operational efficiency, growth, and sustainability of local UMKM, helping them overcome financial constraints and improve their overall business performance. This highlights the importance of targeted financial support for small businesses, particularly in rural areas, to drive economic development and entrepreneurship.

Abstract

Drainase pada Perumahan Safira, Kota Jambi tidak mampu menerima debit banjir pada musim hujan. Tujuan penelitan untuk menghitung debit limpasan periode 2, 10, 20 dan 50 tahun, menghitung debit rencana dan melakukan simulasi maximum rate drainase menggunakan Storm Water Management Model (SWMM). Metode penelitian adalah mengumpul data curah hujan selama 10 tahun (2013-2022) dan pengukuran saluran drainase eksisting. Hasil penelitian yaitu debit baseflow sebesar 0,431 m3/detik tidak mampu menampung debit pada kala ulang 2 tahun sebesar 0,583 m3/detik, kala ulang 5 tahun sebesar 0,644 m3/detik, kala ulang 20 tahun sebesar 0,756 m3/detik dan kala ulang 50 tahun sebesar 0,774 m3/detik dan hasil simulasi yaitu maximum rate paling tinggi terdapat pada saluran 6 dengan nilai 22,917 m3/s sedangan nilai terendah terdapat pada saluran 1 dengan nilai 2,681 m3/s. Simulasi perubahan dimensi kedalaman 2 m pada saluran 2, 3, 4, dan 5 masing-masing  menjadi 2,7 m, 3 m, 3,5 m dan 3 m.
