Learning in the new normal era requires children to study online at home so that it requires parents to be involved in children's learning so that they can accompany so that children stay enthusiastic during learning in the new normal era. The aims of the study were to describe: (1) parental involvement in learning in the new normal era, (2) primary school age children's learning motivation in the new normal era, (3) factors that influence parental involvement in learning in the new normal era in increase the learning motivation of elementary school age children in Sukaratu Village. This research uses qualitative descriptive. respondents consisted of 11 parents and 11 children of primary school age. Data were collected through interview, observation and documentation techniques. Based on the research results (1) the involvement of parents in learning in the new normal era, namely: providing infrastructure; assisting children in learning, helping children when they have difficulties and reminding them of assignments; give words of encouragement, praise, advice, rewards and punishments (rebuke). (2) Children's learning motivation in learning in the new normal era is seen from perseverance, tenacity, interest and boredom in routine tasks. (3) The influencing factors are cooperation between families, parental firmness, children's condition, parents' busyness, environmental conditions, economic conditions and parents' education level.
