HUBUNGAN KOMPETENSI PEDAGOGIK GURU DENGAN HASIL BELAJAR IPS

Abstract

The problem of this research was the learning result of IPS which is low and the lack of teachers pedagogical competence in implementing the learning in class V students of SD Negeri 1 Kupang city of Bandar Lampung in academic year 2015/2016 . The aim of the students research was to determine the relationship between pedagogical competence of teachers with students' learning outcomes of IPS . The sample in this study was 41 students . The data collecting techniques used in this research were observation , documentation and questionnaires . The results of the data analysis technique were using product moment correlation formula which obtained r count = 0.818 . Additionally , t count is greater than ttable or 15.478 2.022 so that H0 is rejected and Ha which a shows that there is a relationship between pedagogical competence of teachers with the results of social studies students are acceptedMasalah penelitian ini adalah hasil belajar IPS siswa yang rendah dan kompetensi pedagogik guru yang kurang dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran pada siswa kelas V SD Negeri 1 Kupang Kota Bandar Lampung Tahun Pelajaran 2015/2016. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kompetensi pedagogik guru dengan hasil belajar IPS siswa. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 41 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian ini menggunakan observasi , dokumentasi dan angket. Hasil teknik analisis data yang menggunakan rumus korelasi product moment diperoleh r hitung= 0,818. Selain itu, thitung lebih besar dari ttabelatau 15,478 2,022 sehingga H0 ditolak dan Ha yang menunjukan ada hubungan kompetensi pedagogik guru dengan hasil belajar IPS siswa diterima.Kata kunci: hasil belajar, hubungan, kompetensi pedagogik guru.
