Trust as social control in society is still attached and will continue to develop in terms of its function and truth. The phenomenon of interracial marriage is common in society. However, there is still an area that strictly prohibits marriage outside the tribe. The purpose of this research is to describe the study of literary anthropology in the novel Lakuna by Khrisna Pabichara. This study uses a qualitative approach. This study uses a descriptive method because it is in accordance with the objectives to be achieved, namely describing the intrinsic elements, describing the religious value of the novel and its relevance as teaching material in high schools based on the theory used. After analyzing the intrinsic elements in the novel Lakuna by Khrisna Pabichara, it can be concluded that the main character in the story has a conflict caused by differences in viewing traditional beliefs.
