PT CSM CORPORATAMA (Indorent) had several complaints from the employee shuttle driver, such as fatigue and boredom while driving. This is due to the uncertain working time of the employee shuttle driver, which directly affects mental condition, work fatigue and work burnout. Based on these problems, a calculation and analysis of the relationship between mental workload and fatigue and burnout is carried out for the driver. The method used is NASA-TLX because it has advantages by considering six components, namely Mental Demand, Physical Demand, Temporal Demand, Own Performance, Effort, and Frustation, the IFRC (Industrial Fatigue Research Committee) method has 30 subjective questions to measure work fatigue, and the MBI (Maslach Burnout Inventory) method has 22 subjective questions to measure work saturation. There were 4 respondents in the research. The results of the NASA-TLX method obtained an average mental load of 76.4 and it is classified as a high mental workload. In the IFRC method, the results of moderate fatigue levels were obtained for drivers 1 and 2, while drivers 3 and 4 obtained low fatigue levels. In the MBI method, it was found that all drivers experienced fatigue in the moderate category. The relationship between mental workload and fatigue and the relationship between mental workload and saturation, respectively, the two variables have a very strong relationship but there is no significance.
