Abstract

Diclofenac potassium is one of the NSAID drugs which can cause gastrointestinal irritation and damage to the small intestinal mucosa including erosion and ulceration. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the combination of PVP K 30, ethyl cellulose and menthol on organoleptic, thickness, weight uniformity, moisture and folding resistance of diclofenac potassium transdermal patch.This research is an experimental study that includes an experiment to optimize the formulation of a transdermal patch preparation with the active ingredient potassium diclofenac and a combination of PVP K 30, ethyl cellulose and menthol. The optimization method uses the simplex lattice design method. There are 13 formula designs consisting of a combination of PVP K 30, ethyl cellulose and menthol. Each formula was tested for organoleptic, thickness, weight uniformity, moisture and folding resistance. Then the optimum formula was determined and analyzed using the simplex lattice design method. The combination of PVP K 30, ethyl cellulose and menthol with a simplex lattice design has an effect on the transdermal patch of diclofenac potassium which increases the consistency of the patch surface, reduces the thickness directly proportional to the weight of the patch and increases folding resistance. The proportion of PVP K 30, ethyl cellulose and menthol that can produce the optimum formula for diclofenac potassium transdermal patches with the simplex lattice design on the critical parameters of thickness, moisture, folding resistance and penetration tests, namely PVP K 30 of 14.87%, ethyl cellulose of 10.00% and 5.13% menthol.

Abstract

This purpose of this study was to determine the best dose and the effect of moringa leaf pellets on the growth, survival, and intestinal histology of tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus). The research was conducted in January-March 2025 at the Cultivation Laboratory of the Faculty of Marine and Fisheries, Udayana University, and the Denpasar Veterinary Center. The method used was a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with 4 treatments and 3 replications, using Moringa leaf pellet doses as follows: A (0%), B (25%), C (50%), and D (75%). Parameters observed included absolute weight and length growth, survival rate, feed conversion ratio (FCR), intestinal villus length, and water quality. The results showed no significant differences (P>0.05) in growth, survival, or FCR among treatments. However, intestinal villus length differed significantly (P<0.05). Water quality parameters during the study were within the limits set by Government Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia No. 22 of 2020, temperature ranging from 27.4–27.5 ℃, dissolved oxygen (DO) from 6.7–6.8 mg/L, pH from 8.10–8.17, and ammonia levels below 0.50 mg/L.

Abstract

Ikan nila salin (O. niloticus) adalah strain dari ikan nila yang toleran terhadap perairan payau maupun laut dan mempunyai prospek yang cukup baik untuk dikembangkan karena rasa dagingnya yang enak sehingga digemari oleh masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan dosis MOL bonggol pisang yang di gunakan untuk fermentasi daun singkong sebagai pakan alternatif untuk pertumbuhan dan sintasan ikan nila salin (O. niloticus). Rancangan percobaan yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 4 perlakuan dan 3 kali ulangan dan pakan yang digunakan daun singkong yang difermentasi mol bonggol pisang dengan dosis yang berbeda, perlakuan A (kontrol) tepung daun singkong tanpa fermentasi,perlakuan B tepung daun singkong terfermentasi mol bonggol pisang 20ml, perlakuan  C tepung daun singkong terfermntasi mol bonggol pisang 30ml, perlakuan D tepung daun singkong trfermentasi mol bonggol pisang 40ml. Hasil terbaik yang didapatkan dalam penelitian ada pada perlakuan D dengan dosis mol bonggol pisang 40ml, dan berdasarkan hasil uji ANOVA menunjukkan bahwa pemberian pakan daun singkong terfermentasi MOL bonggol pisang memberikan pengaruh yang berbeda nyata (P<0,05) terhadap laju pertumbuhan harian, namun kelangsungan hidup dari hasil uji ANOVA menunjukkan tidak berbeda nyata.

Abstract

This research aims to design and implement a Smart Garden system based on the Internet of Things (IoT) in the cultivation of strawberry plants in real-time. The background of this research is the need for farmers for automation solutions in managing the growing environment of strawberry plants that require certain temperature and humidity conditions. The developed system utilizes the ESP32 microcontroller, soil moisture sensor, and Blynk application as automatic watering monitoring and control media. The method used is a prototyping approach that involves the stages of designing, testing, and evaluating system performance. The test results showed that the system was able to monitor soil conditions and activate the water pump automatically based on the read humidity value. In addition, the Blynk app is capable of displaying data in real-time and providing remote control to users. This system is considered effective in improving watering efficiency, saving water, as well as reducing manual involvement in plant care. Thus, the Smart Garden system built is feasible to be applied to small- to medium-scale horticultural agriculture, especially in areas such as Tanggamus Regency which has high agroclimatic potential but has not been integrated with modern technology.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganlisis pengaruh komunikasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan motivasi sebagai variabel intervening pada kantor BPPW Sulsel.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan instrumen pengumpulan data berupa kuesioner yang diukur menggunakan skala Likert. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 140  pegawai kantor BPPW Sulsel, denga penarikan sampel menggunakan simple random sampling, sehingga diperoleh jumlah sampel sebanyak 104 responden. Teknik  analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji validitas dan reliabilitas, regresi linear berganga, dan analisis jalur dengan bantuan progam pengolah data yaitu SPSS 20. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi berpengaruh positif terhadap motivasi,lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap motivasi, komunikasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai, motivasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai, komunikasi berpengaruh sigifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui motivasi, dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai malalui motivasi.   Kata kunci: Komunikasi; lingkungan kerja; motivasi; kinerja pegawai
