This research aims to analyze the impact of work culture (X1) and leadership styles (X2) on employee job satisfaction (Y). Applied to 75 populations of PT. Kaya Raya Turun Temurun employees using the sampling method of census. Method research uses descriptive verification methods with the approaches of quantitative. The statistic tools using SPSS 26 version. The research results show a correlation between work culture and leadership styles, with the t score (4,972) > t table (1,666). There is no significant influence between work culture and job satisfaction, with a significant score (0,113) > (0,05), but for the total influence, it has a contribution score of 7,4%. Leadership styles have a significant influence on job satisfaction, with a significant score (0,000)< (0,05) and a contribution score of 37.3%. Work culture and leadership styles have a simultaneous influence on job satisfaction, with a total influence score of 0,447. So the conclusion of this study is that work culture and leadership style simultaneously influenced as much as 44.7% of job satisfaction, and the rest of 55.3% was influenced by another variable that was excluded from this research.
