Project Based Learning (PjBL) dalam Pembelajaran Bioteknologi Terhadap Keterampilan Proses Siswa

Abstract

Proses pembelajaran di sekolah hendaknya dilaksanakan secara interaktif, inspiratif, menyenangkan, menantang, dan memotivasi siswa untuk berpartisipasi aktif, serta memberikan ruang  kreativitas  dan kemandirian   sesuai   dengan   bakat,   minat dan   perkembangan   fisik. Jenis Penelitian adalah penelitian eksperimen. Adapun jumlah populasi 60 siswa dengan jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 30 siswa yaitu kelas X-A. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sistem undian. Desain penelitian ialah one group pretest-postest. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan tes dan observasi. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa tes uraian dan lembar observasi. Untuk analisis pada penelitian ini menggunakan uji t dengan SPSS 16. Sebelum data dianalisis, data terlebih dahulu dilakukan tes uji prasyarat yaitu uji normalitas dan homogenitas. Hasil peneliian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran project based learning berpengaruh terhadap keterampilan proses siswa. Penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa pembelajaran project based learning efektif untuk meningkatkan keterampilan prroses siswa. Implikasi dari penelitian yang dilakukan adalah Penelitian ini berkontribusi pada pembelajaran yang inovatif dan relevan dalam pembelajaran Biologi di tingkat SMA.The learning process in schools should be carried out in an interactive, inspiring, fun, challenging and motivating way for students to participate actively, as well as providing space for creativity and independence in accordance with their talents, interests and physical development. This type of research is experimental research. The total population is 60 students with a sample size of 30 students, namely class X-A. The sampling technique uses a lottery system. The research design is one group pretest-posttest. Data collection techniques in this research used tests and observation. The instruments used were description tests and observation sheets. For analysis in this study, the t test was used with SPSS 16. Before the data was analyzed, the data was first subjected to prerequisite tests, namely normality and homogeneity tests. The research results show that project based learning has an effect on students' process skills. This research shows that project based learning is effective in improving students' processing skills. The implication of the research carried out is that this research contributes to innovative and relevant learning in Biology learning at the high school level.
