<![CDATA[Peran guru dalam mengelola emosi anak telah menjadi hal yang penting dalam pendidikan saat ini. Dalam era pendidikan saat ini, pengelolaan emosi anak menjadi perhatian utama. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran penting guru PAUD dalam mengelola emosi anak. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan Systematic Literature Review untuk merangkum literatur yang berkaitan dengan peran guru PAUD dalam mengelola emosi anak usia dini. Teknik pengumpulan data diperoleh dengan mencari artikel dari database melalui Google Schoolar melalui pencarian terstruktur dan komprehensif pada sumber informasi yang dapat dipercaya. Artikel yang telah dipilih dengan proses peninjauan kemudian dianalisis secara mendalam. Analisis data memiliki peran penting dalam tahapan ini dan data dipilih terkait peran guru dalam mengelola emosi anak usia dini. Sebanyak 10 artikel dipilih sebagai fokus utama dalam penelitian. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah data tematik. Proses seleksi dilakukan dengan baik dan mempertimbangkan kualitas literatur serta isi artikel untuk memberikan wawasan yang mendalam tentang topik tersebut, kemudian hasil yang didapatkan akan dibuat kesimpulan. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini memperjelas bahwa peran guru tidak hanya sebatas menyampaikan materi pendidikan, tetapi juga sebagai agen kunci dalam membentuk fondasi emosional anak. The role of teachers in managing children's emotions has become important in education today. In the current era of education, managing children's emotions is a major concern. This research aims to determine the important role of ECE teachers in managing children's emotions. This research method uses a systematic literature review to summarise literature related to the role of ECE teachers in managing the emotions of early childhood. The data collection technique was obtained by searching for articles from the database via Google Scholar through a structured and comprehensive search of reliable information sources. Articles that have been selected through a review process are then analysed in depth. Data analysis has an important role in this stage, and the data selected related to the role of teachers in managing the emotions of early childhood. A total of 10 articles were selected as the main focus of the research. The analysis technique used is thematic data. If the selection process is carried out well and considers the quality of the literature and the content of the articles to provide in-depth insight into the topic, then a conclusion will be drawn from the results obtained. The conclusions of this research make it clear that the teacher's role is not only limited to delivering educational material but also to being a key agent in forming children's emotional foundations.]]>
