<![CDATA[Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan penafsiran maqâshidi Muhammad ‘Abduh dalam karyanya yaitu tafsir juz ’Amma terhadap surah al-Bayyinah. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode analisis (tahlili) yaitu menggali pesan-pesan maqâshid terhadap ayat-ayat pada surah al-Bayyinah. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa menurut Muhammad ‘Abduh terhadap lima tema-tema pokok al-Qur’ân atau disebut sebagai Maqâshid al-Qur’ân secara universal yaitu tauhid, janji dan ancaman, ibadah yang dapat menghidupkan hati, kebahagiaan dan cara memperolehnya menuju kebahagaiaan dunia dan kahirat, dan kisah-kisah sebagai pelajaran dari seluruh dimensi akidah, syariat dan akhlak. Pesan-pesan maqâshidi terhadap surah al-Bayyinah sesuai dengan lima maqashid yang diungkapkan oleh Muhammad ‘Abduh. Demikian sebenarnya tujuan diturunkan surah ini mengenai kisah tentang orang terdahulu yaitu orang musyrik dari ahli kitab dan orang syirik yang mengingkari adanya al-Qur’ân dan nabi Muhammad lalu turunlah surah ini sebagai pembuktian. Padahal agama yang lurus yaitu berpegang teguh kepada al-Qur’ân dan hadis dan diwajibkan menjalankan ibadah seperti yang diperintahkan Allah dalam al-Qur’ân agar kita mencapai kebahagiaan dunia dan akhirat. This article aims to reveal the maqâsidi interpretation of Muhammad ‘Abduh in his work, namely juz'Amma's interpretation of surah al-Bayyinah. The method used is the method of analysis (tahlili), which explores maqâshid messages on the verses in surah al-Bayyinah. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that according to Muhammad ‘Abduh the five main themes of the Qur'ân or referred to as Maqâshid al-Qur'ân universally, namely monotheism, promises and threats, worship that can revive the heart, happiness and how to get it towards happiness world and hereafter, and stories as lessons from all dimensions of faith, law and morals. The maqâsidi messages to surah al-Bayyinah are in accordance with the five maqashid revealed by Muhammad ‘Abduh. Thus, in fact, the purpose of this surah was revealed regarding the story of the ancient people, namely polytheists from the people of the book and shirk who denied the existence of the Qur'ân and the Prophet Muhammad, so this surah was sent down as proof. Even though the straight religion is holding fast to the Koran and hadith and is required to carry out worship as commanded by Allah in the Koran so that we achieve happiness in the world and the hereafter.]]>
