Analisis Dampak Pekerjaan Freelance Terhadap Penanaman Nilai-Nilai Islam Dalam Rumah Tangga (Studi Kasus Pada Pengguna Instagram)

Pekerjaan freelance merupakan pekerjaan dengan fleksibilitas yang memungkinkan setiap individu dapat menggabungkan pekerjaan dengan kehidupan pribadinya. Lalu muncul pertanyaan bagaimana pekerjaan freelance ini berdampak terhadap penanaman nilai-nilai Islam dalam rumah tangga? Antara hak dan kewajiban, dampak ekonomi, psikologi, sosial, spiritual, serta kesehatan dan biologis dari pekerjaan freelance ini. Instagram merupakan salah satu platform terbesar bagi pekerja freelance. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah; (1) Menganalisis dan menemukan pandangan islam mengenai pekerjaan freelance dan dampaknya terhadap penanaman nilai-nilai islam dalam rumah tangga, (2) Menganalisis dan menemukan dampak positif dan negatif pekerjaan freelance terhadap penanaman nilai-nilai islam dalam rumah tangga, (3) Menganalisis dan menemukan solusi dari dampak pekerjaan freelance terhadap penanaman nilai-nilai islam dalam rumah tangga. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu; (1) Islam sangat perhatian terhadap pekerjaan seorang muslim dari penanaman nilai-nilai islam dalam rumah tangga serta dampak yang terjadi bagi pekerja freelance. (2) Ada 5 dampak pekerjaan freelance terhadap penanaman nilai-nilai Islam dalam rumah tangga dan ada 4 dampak negatif pekerjaan freelance terhadap penanaman nilai-nilai islam dalam rumah tangga pada pengguna instagram. (3) Ada 5 strategi pekerja freelance terhadap penanaman nilai-nilai islam dalam rumah tangga. Freelance work is a job with flexibility that allows individuals to combine work with their personal lives. Then the question arises how this freelance work affects the cultivation of Islamic values in the family? About rights and obligations, the economic, psychological, social, spiritual, and health and biological impacts of this freelance work. Instagram is one of the largest platforms for freelance workers. The objectives of this study are; (1) To analyze and find the Islamic view of freelance work and its impact on the cultivation of Islamic values in the household, (2) To analyze and find the positive and negative impacts of freelance work on the cultivation of Islamic values in the household, (3) To analyze and find solutions to the impact of freelance work on the cultivation of Islamic values in the household. The results of this study are; (1) Islam is very concerned about the work of a Muslim from the cultivation of Islamic values in the household and the impact that occurs for freelance workers. (2) there are 5 impacts of freelance work on the cultivation of Islamic values in the household and there are 4 negative impacts of freelance work on the cultivation of Islamic values in the household on Instagram users. (3) There are 5 strategies of freelance workers towards the cultivation of Islamic values in the household.
