<![CDATA[This research is conducted to provide scientific knowledge, especially about the urgency of implementing GHRM or green human resource management in business and non-business organizations. Given the current industrialization that is rampant throughout the world must be balanced with green or environmentally friendly behavior practiced by all components involved in the industry. In addition, the achievement of a green economy must continue to be pursued so that the earth continues to be sustainable in the increasingly massive economic penetration in the world today. This research method uses literature review from various international journals by grouping, reducing, and presenting according to the topic raised. Overall, the research results reveal that GHRM must be immediately implemented by all business sectors or profit or non-profit organizations.]]>
