Abstract

This study aims to determine the direct effect between (1) organizational support with job performance, (2) organizational commitments with job performance, (3) organizational support with organizational commitment. The method used is a survey method with a correlation approach. In this study serve as a sample of 81 employees were selected based on random techniques (simple random samplinng). Data were obtained by spreading questioner. This study was conducted in Dinas Kesehatan Kota Metro. Based on hypothesis testing that has been done, it can be described as the following research findings: (1) there is a positive direct influence of organizational support with job performance, (2) there is a positive direct influence of organizational commitmen on job performance, (3) there is a positive direct influence between organizational support on organizational commitment. The implication of this research is an attempt to improve employee’s job performance can be done by improving organizational support and commitment.

Abstract

Pelaku UMKM (Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah) di Kota Blitar telah melakukan proses pencatatan keuangan dalam kegiatan transaksi pada bidang usahanya seperti pada UMKM Istimewa Bakery. Pencatatan ini dilakukan Istimewa Bakery agar dapat mengkalkulasi berapa keuntungan atau kerugian yang diperoleh selama satu periode. Mengacu pada hal tersebut, maka penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menganalisa keuntungan yang diperoleh oleh Istimewa bakery menggunakan rasio profitabilitas. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif yang mana pengumpulan datanya dilakukan baik dengan wawancara, observasi hingga dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu nilai dari Net Profit Margin (NPM) pada Istimewa Bakery mulai tahun 2020 hingga 2022 secara berturut-turut sebesar 40,9%, 39,5% dan 42,3%. Untuk lebih lanjut, ada juga perhitungan Return On Assets (ROA) pada Istimewa Bakery dengan data yang diolah dari tahun 2020 sampai 2022 yaitu sebesar 69,3%, 66,4% dan 69,7%. Sedangkan, untuk perhitungan Return On Equity (ROE) pada Istimewa Bakery dari tahun 2020 hingga 2022 diketahui sebesar 71,5%, 70,3% dan 75,9%. Berdasarkan perhitungan NPM, ROA dan ROE pada Istimewa Bakery dapat diketahui bahwa rasio profitabilitas pada UMKM tersebut sangat baik dan sudah sesuai dengan standar rata-rata industri. Jadi, dengan adanya perhitungan rasio profitabilitas ini dapat diketahui bahwa kinerja keuangan pada Istimewa Bakery sudah berjalan lancar dan baik.

Abstract

This research is conducted to provide scientific knowledge, especially about the urgency of implementing GHRM or green human resource management in business and non-business organizations. Given the current industrialization that is rampant throughout the world must be balanced with green or environmentally friendly behavior practiced by all components involved in the industry. In addition, the achievement of a green economy must continue to be pursued so that the earth continues to be sustainable in the increasingly massive economic penetration in the world today. This research method uses literature review from various international journals by grouping, reducing, and presenting according to the topic raised. Overall, the research results reveal that GHRM must be immediately implemented by all business sectors or profit or non-profit organizations.

Abstract

Kegiatan Pelatihan legalitas usaha dan pendampingan proses produk halal ini bertujuan untuk membantu permasalahan mitra terkait legalitas usaha dan produk makanan olahan halal. Permasalahan dari mitra adalah minimnya pengetahuan tentang legalitas usaha dan sertifikat produk halal. Hal ini mengakibatkan usaha yang dijalankan kurang berkembang dan terbatasnya pangsa pasar sehingga perlu diadakan pelatihan dan pendampingan mengenai legalitas usaha dan sertifikasi produk halal. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan yang dilakukan adalah metode pemecahan masalah mitra berupa Identifikasi pemahaman dan pengetahuan mitra terhadap legalitas usaha dan sertifikasi produk halal, FGD, pelatihan pendaftaran legalitas usaha, mendampingi pengajuan proses sertifikasi produk halal. Solusi konkrit untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan Mitra adalah; (1) Pelatihan Peningkatan pemahaman legalitas Usaha dan proses produk halal, (2) pendampingan proses pendaftaran legalitas usaha (NIB) dan pengajuan proses Produk Halal. Dengan dimilikinya legalitas usaha dan sertifikat produk halal adalah bukti kepatuhan hukum, mendapatkan perlindungan hukum, sebagai sarana promosi, memberikan perlindungan bagi konsumen dan pelaku usaha mempunyai kepercayaan untuk mengembangkan usaha, mempermudah menembus parsaingan pasar dan jangkauan pemasaran lebih luas.

Abstract

Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) Bumbu Rujak Manis Cak Mimin Surabaya merupakan UMKM yang memproduksi dan memasarkan bumbu rujak manis khas Surabaya. UMKM ini memiliki potensi besar untuk menembus pasar nasional, namun masih terkendala oleh strategi pemasaran yang belum optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi pemasaran digital yang tepat untuk menembus pasar nasional di UMKM Bumbu Rujak Manis Cak Mimin Surabaya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam dengan pemilik UMKM, analisis website dan media sosial UMKM, serta observasi lapangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa UMKM Bumbu Rujak Manis Cak Mimin Surabaya masih menggunakan strategi pemasaran tradisional yang belum optimal untuk menjangkau pasar nasional.

Abstract

Point of view (POV) of virtual-based tourism as the perspective of each individual on virtual-based tourism. Following the era of development, promotional media are very diverse and can be chosen according to needs. One way of promotion is visual promotion through virtual-based tourism in the form of videos that display the conditions of tourist attractions in a visual-auditory display so that viewers can see what is in the tourist attraction. Tourism products are service products that are in great demand by tourists to relieve fatigue from all daily activities. Taman Kebon Rojo Blitar is a tourist attraction that can be an alternative choice for tourism that provides a combination of flora, fauna, and artificial tourism in the form of play areas and culinary delights located around the park. The eye-catching atmosphere of the Taman Kebon Rojo tourist spot is very much needed to make the appearance of the audio-visual video attractive and can be a stimulus for tourists' interest in visiting. The objective of this research is to analyze whether the point of view of the audio-visual promotion through a virtual-based tourist display could provide a stimulus for video viewers to visit the tourist spot directly. The research method used a quantitative method by employing a survey through a questionnaire and showing a video of the Taman Kebon Rojo Blitar tourist spot to respondents. After that, it is calculated by applying multiple linear regression to determine whether the audio-visual promotion in the form of a video could provide a stimulus for tourists' interest in visiting. The results prove that virtual promotion which consists of promotional objectives (X1) and tourism promotional mix (X2) is able to significantly increase tourist interest in visiting (Y) both partially and simultaneously for 58,9%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pembiayaan murabahah, mudharabah, musyarakah dan qardh terhadap laba bersih bank syariah go public yang terdaftar di BEI. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder dengan jumlah sampel 1 perusahaan. Analisis data yang digunakan analisis trend dengan least square method. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan data sekunder yaitu laporan keuangan pada bank syariah go public yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Teknik pemilihan sampel dilakukan dengan metode purposive sampling dan diperoleh sebanyak 5 tahun sampel dari bank syariah yang sesuai dengan kriteria. Penelitian ini menggunakan regresi linier berganda dan analisis trend.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial pembiayaan murabahah, mudharabah, musyarakah dan qardh berpengaruh terhadap laba bersih bank syariah go public. Secara simultan pembiayaan murabahah, mudharabah, musyarakah dan qardh berpengaruh terhadap laba bersih bank syariah go public. Dan pembiyaan yang paling besar pengaruhnya dalam membentuk laba bersih adalah pembiayaan murabahah.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the Karya Bakti village-owned enterprise (BUMDesa) manages in improving village good corporate governance in Pojok Village, Garum District, Blitar Regency.The method used in this study is a qualitative method. Data collection techniques with observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used is data collection, data convention, data presentation, drawing conclusions/verification.The results of this study indicate that the management of Village-Owned Enterprises in Pojok Village, Garum District, Blitar Regency, has been running according to procedures and following government regulations and has implemented aspects of management strategy, as well as in managing Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDesa) Karya Bakti Pojok Village inseparable from community cooperation

Abstract

This study explores the effectiveness of TikTok Affiliate in enhancing the sales of DTF printed t-shirts at Wifiprincess, a small fashion business in Indonesia. Employing a qualitative approach with a case study design, data were collected through in-depth interviews with the owner, an employee handling affiliate operations, and a customer, alongside participatory observations. The findings reveal that TikTok Affiliate significantly boosts sales through a cyclical process involving affiliate recruitment, negotiation, new product development, content promotion, and order conversions. The process aligns with the AIDA model (Attention, Interest, Desire, Action), where affiliate content captures attention, builds interest, stimulates desire, and drives purchases, while the Elaboration Likelihood Model (ELM) highlights the dominance of the peripheral route in influencing consumer behavior through visual appeal. Key indicators such as authentic content creation, trend responsiveness, and strategic affiliate collaboration were critical to success. Theoretically, this research enriches the application of AIDA and ELM in digital marketing contexts, particularly on short-video platforms. Practically, it offers actionable insights for small businesses to leverage TikTok Affiliate for cost-effective market expansion, emphasizing the importance of authenticity and cultural relevance in content strategies.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the motivations of Generation Z in Blitar in running a family business. Using a qualitative approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews with 25 respondents involved in family businesses. The results showed that their main motivations included responsibility for family tradition and heritage, the desire to achieve financial independence, and self-development. Despite significant challenges such as financial difficulties and competition, respondents showed resilience and innovation in overcoming obstacles. The strategies implemented included product innovation, digital marketing, and good financial management. These findings provide important insights into the role of Gen Z in family businesses and their implications for local economic development, as well as highlighting the need for support for entrepreneurship education and access to financial resources.
