ABSTRAKKurangnya daya serap peserta didik, keterbatasan sarana dan prasarana sekolah serta variasi guru dalam pembelajaran berdampak pada rendahnya hasil belajar peserta didik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan model Discovery Learning terhadap peningkatan hasil belajar mata pelajaran PAK-BP dengan materi Gereja Sebagai Komunitas Orang Beriman. Penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Subjek penelitian adalah peserta didik kelas VIII sebanyak 12 orang dengan objek penelitian hasil belajar peserta didik mata pelajaran PAK-BP. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik observasi, angket dan tes. Analisis data dilakukan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adanya peningkatan hasil belajar peserta didik, yaitu pada siklus I sebesar 56% (kognitif sebesar 41,67%, Afektif sebesar 67,17% dan Psikomotor sebesar 59,17%) dengan sebaran 12 peserta didik pada kategori “Layak” meningkat di siklus II sebesar 76,91% (kognitif sebesar 72,33%, afektif sebesar 79,58% dan Psikomotor sebesar 73,61%) dengan sebaran 2 peserta didik pada kategori “Mahir”, 8 peserta didik pada kategori “Cakap” dan 2 peserta didik pada kategori “Layak”. Hal in berarti terjadi peningkatan hasil belajar sebesar 20,91%. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan model Discovery Learning pada mata pelajaran PAK-BP dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik.Kata Kunci: Hasil belajar, Discovery Learning, Pendidikan Agama Katolik dan Budi PekertiABSTRACTThe lack of student absorption capacity, limited school facilities and infrastructure and the lack of teacher variation in learning have an impact on low student learning outcomes. The results of the research showed that there was an increase in student learning outcomes, is 56% in cycle I (cognitive by 41.67%, affective by 67.17% and psychomotor by 59.17%) with a distribution of 12 students in the "Decent" category. increased in cycle II by 76.91% (cognitive by 72.33%, affective by 79.58% and psychomotor by 73,61%) with a distribution of 2 students in the "Proficient" category, 8 students in the "Competent" category and 2 students in the "Decent" category. This means that there has been an increase in learning outcomes by 20.91%.
