<![CDATA[The future of a nation is tied to the quality of its education, which teachers play a crucial role in realising. This study analyses the principal's role in improving teacher discipline and motivation at Baitul Insan Integrated Islamic Primary School, and its effect on the quality of education. The study used qualitative research methodology, utilising literature review and interviews as the main tools for data collection and analysis in exploring the principal's role in improving teachers' discipline and motivation at Baitul Insan Integrated Islamic Primary School. The findings show that principals have an important role in creating a conducive learning environment and motivating teachers through various strategies, such as building a positive school culture, recognising performance, providing self-development opportunities, and providing support in facing teaching challenges. At Baitul Insan Integrated Islamic Primary School, the principal has shown her commitment through various efforts, such as regular meetings, training, clear rules and rewards. These efforts show the principal's commitment to improving the quality of education at Baitul Insan Integrated Islamic Primary School. Success in improving teacher discipline and motivation will have a positive impact on the quality of learning and student learning outcomes.]]>
