Abstrak Kesenjangan peserta didik reguler dan peserta didik berkebutuhan khusus yang perlahan semakin membesar mengakibatkan sekolah melakukan inovasi pembelajaran untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, salah satunya melalui program inovasi Jarik Ma’Siti. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami lebih dalam mengenai 1) transformasi pendidikan konvensional menuju pendidikan ramah anak, 2) implementasi inovasi Jarik Ma’Siti pada proses pembelajaran di SMP Negeri 10 Kota Malang, 3) dampak inovasi Jarik Ma’Siti terhadap peningkatan pengalaman belajar peserta didik, 4) faktor penghambat pengimplementasian Inovasi Jarik Ma’Siti, serta 5) strategi implementasi Inovasi Jarik Ma’Siti dalam mewujudkan pendidikan ramah anak. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan studi literatur. Teknik analisis data dilakukan menggunakan analisis data kualitatif mengacu pada tahapan penelitian Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa pengimplementasian inovasi Jarik Ma'Siti di SMPN 10 Kota Malang telah dilakukan dengan hasil yang baik dimana seluruh peserta didik istimewa berhasil meraih skor ketuntasan minimal. Strategi yang dilakukan sekolah dalam memaksimalkan tujuan program inovasi ini adalah mengadakan pendampingan peserta didik secara personal diluar jam pelajaran serta melakukan kolaborasi dengan guru dan sekolah-sekolah lain agar inovasi ini dapat terus berkembang mewujudkan pendidikan ramah anak dan pendidikan inklusif. Abstract The gap between regular students and students with special needs is slowly getting bigger has resulted in schools making learning innovations to overcome these problems, one of which is through the Jarik Ma'Siti innovation program. This study aims to understand more deeply 1) the transformation of conventional education towards child-friendly education, 2) the implementation of Jarik Ma'Siti innovation in the learning process at SMP Negeri 10 Malang City, 3) the impact of Jarik Ma'Siti innovation on improving students' learning experience, 4) inhibiting factors in implementing Jarik Ma'Siti Innovation, and 5) implementation strategies for Jarik Ma'Siti Innovation in realizing child-friendly education. Data collection techniques were carried out using observation techniques, interviews, and literature studies. The data analysis technique was carried out using qualitative data analysis referring to the Miles and Huberman research stages. The results showed that the implementation of the Jarik Ma'Siti innovation at SMPN 10 Malang City has been carried out with good results where all special students have achieved the minimum completion score. The strategy carried out by schools in maximizing the objectives of this innovation program is to provide personal assistance to students outside of class hours and collaborate with teachers and other schools so that this innovation can continue to develop to realize child friendly and inclusive education.
