<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis sektor basis ekonomi atau unggulan di Kabupaten Luwu periode tahun 2018-2022 dan menganalisis potensi sektor pertanian dalam pertumbuhan ekonomi pasca pandemi di Kabupaten Luwu. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan analisis LQ, Shift Share, Typologi Klassen, CR4 dan IHH. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder yang berasal dari PDRB (Produk Domestik Regional Bruto) menurut lapangan usaha atas dasar harga konstan 2010 periode tahun 2018–2022 dari BPS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sektor basis atau unggulan merupakan sektor pertanian, kehutanan, dan perikanan; pengadaan listrik dan gas; real estat; administrasi pemerintahan, pertahanan dan jaminan sosial wajib; jasa kesehatan dan kegiatan sosial. Potensi sektor pertanian, kehutanan dan perikanan dalam pertumbuhan ekonomi berdasarkan hasil analisis shift share mengalami laju pertumbuhan yang pesat dibanding sektor lainnya dan memiliki keunggulan kompetitif, selain itu hasil analisis typologi klassen sektor pertanian termasuk dalam sektor maju dan tumbuh pesat dalam Kuadran I. Hasil analisis struktur pasar, sektor pertanian menguasai 48,38 market share karena tidak terlepas dari peran Pemerintah yang memfokuskan pembangunan pada sektor pertanian. This research aims to analyze the economic base or leading sectors in Luwu Regency for the 2018-2022 period and analyze the potential of the agricultural sector in post-pandemic economic growth in Luwu Regency. This type of research is quantitative descriptive using LQ, Shift Share, Klassen Typology, CR4 and IHH analysis. The data used in this research is secondary data; The data comes from GRDP (Gross Regional Domestic Product) according to business fields based on 2010 constant prices for the 2018–2022 period from BPS. The research results show that the basic or leading sectors are the agriculture, forestry and fisheries sectors; procurement of electricity and gas; real estate; government administration, defense and mandatory social security; health services and social activities. The potential of the agricultural, forestry and fisheries sectors in economic growth based on the results of the shift share analysis is experiencing a rapid growth rate compared to other sectors and has a competitive advantage. Apart from that, the results of the Klassen typology analysis of the agricultural sector are included in the advanced sector and are growing rapidly in Quadrant I. Results of the structural analysis market, the agricultural sector controls 48.38 market share because it cannot be separated from the role of the Government which focuses development on the agricultural sector.]]>
