<![CDATA[Christian leadership cannot be separated from church ministry, so the challenge of actualizing the church in the digital era full of disruption issues must be accompanied by the empowerment of gifts by the leader, in addition to equipping oneself with various other digital capabilities. This is needed to respond to the challenges of the digital era that require innovative abilities. This article offers a leadership model that can respond to challenges in the digital disruption era. Using descriptive analysis methods, it was found that the situation and needs in the digital era require an effective and innovative service response. In conclusion, Christian leadership must be innovative and effective to respond to the digital disruption era. AbstrakKepemimpinan Kristen tidak dapat dipisahkan dari pelayanan gerejawi, sehingga tantangan pengaktualisasian gereja di era digital yang penuh dengan isu dirupsi harus dibarengi dengan pemberdayaan karunia oleh pemimpin selain melengkapi diri dengan berbagai kemam-puan digital lainnya. Hal ini dibutuhkan demi menjawab tantangan era digital yang membutuh-kan kemampuan yang inovatif. Artikel ini bertujuan menawarkan sebuah model kepemimpinan yang dapat menjawab tantangan di era disrupsi digital. Dengan menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif, didapati bahwa situasi dan kebutuhan di era digital membutuhkan respons pelayanan yang efektif dan inovatif.
