This research aims to design an effective monitoring management system for incoming and outgoing mail disposition to enhance efficiency and accuracy in administrative processes. The approach used in this study is the Waterfall method, which allows each development stage to be executed gradually and in a structured manner. The design process begins with data collection and needs analysis to understand workflow and user requirements. Subsequently, system design encompasses database design, user interface, and business logic. System implementation follows the prepared design, with each component being built and integrated incrementally. The final stage involves system testing and evaluation to ensure that all functions operate effectively and meet user needs. Research findings demonstrate that the developed monitoring management system improves efficiency in managing incoming and outgoing mail, reduces manual errors, and accelerates disposition processes. Additionally, the system provides real-time tracking features for mail status, facilitating management in monitoring and controlling mail flow.
