<![CDATA[ABSTRAK Reformasi Birokrasi merupakan suatu proses perubahan yang dilaksanakan secara bertahap, sistematis, dan berkesinambungan dalam rangka menciptakan Tata Kelola Pemerintahan yang bersih, meningkatkan pelayanan publik, kapasitas dan akuntabilitas kinerja birokrasi dan profesionalisme Sumber Daya Manusia Aparatur. Tujuan dari kegiatan pelatihan Praktikum Ilmu Pemerintahan adalah untuk memberikan pemahaman yang baik dan konkrit bagi para mahasiswa terhadap berbagai peristiwa yang terjadi di sektor pemerintahan secara khusus pada lingkup Reformasi Birokrasi dan Tata Kelola Pemerintahan, maka dirasa perlu untuk dilakukan kegiatan berupa Praktikum Ilmu Pemerintahan. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah Focus Group Discussion (FGD); Penyuluhan (pemberian materi dan diskusi); serta analisis regulasi dan kebijakan yang ditetapkan oleh Pemerintah Daerah dalam mendukung Reformasi Birokrasi dan Tata Kelola Pemerintahan yang baik. ABSTRACT Bureaucratic Reform is a process of change that is implemented gradually, systematically and continuously in order to create clean Government Governance, improve public services, capacity and accountability for bureaucratic performance and professionalism of Human Resources for civil servants. The aim of the Government Science Practicum training activity is to provide students with a good and concrete understanding of various events that occur in the government sector, specifically in the scope of Bureaucratic Reform and Government Governance, so it is deemed necessary to carry out activities in the form of Government Science Practicum.
