ABSTRACT This research aims to develop an interactive cultural map learning media based on QR codes that is valid, practical, and effective in improving the IPAS learning outcomes of fourth-grade students at SDN 157641 Masnauli 2. This research and development study uses the ADDIE model. The research sample consists of 26 students. The data collection techniques include interviews, observations, questionnaires, and tests, which were analyzed both qualitatively and quantitatively. The validation results show that the material achieved a score of 90% (very feasible), the media validation reached 88.8% (very feasible), and the practicality assessment received 92% (very practical). Field test results indicate that this media is effective, with the average pretest score increasing from 58.27 to 87.31 on the posttest. Keywords: Development, Media, Cultural Map ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran peta budaya interaktif berbasis QR code yang valid, praktis, dan efektif untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar IPAS siswa kelas IV SDN 157641 Masnauli 2. Penelitian dan pengembangan ini menggunakan model ADDIE. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 26 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi wawancara, observasi, angket, dan tes, yang dianalisis secara kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil validasi materi menunjukkan persentase 90% (sangat layak), validasi media mencapai 88,8% (sangat layak), dan hasil penilaian kepraktisan memperoleh 92% (sangat praktis). Hasil uji coba lapangan menunjukkan bahwa media ini efektif, dengan rata-rata nilai pretest meningkat dari 58,27 menjadi 87,31 pada posttest. Kata Kunci: Pengembangan, Media, Peta Budaya
