The purpose of this study is to assess the effectiveness of microteaching with respect to learning outcomes and student motivation. According to research hypotheses, effective microteaching will have a positive impact on students' motivation and learning capacity. The method of data analysis that is used is deskriptif, which summarizes data collection using kuesioner and document analysis at Darul Muqomah Al-Khoiriyah Elementarary School. The study variable includes the effectiveness of microteaching, learning motivation, and learning support, as well as validity and reliability checks. Analyzing data is done using the normalcy metric. The analysis's findings indicate that effective microteaching has a positive impact on students' motivation to learn and their level of enthusiasm in learning. The study's recommendations include organizing microlearning materials in a systematic manner, implementing rangkuman at the end of instruction, and avoiding the use of distracting media during instruction. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menilai efektivitas microteaching terhadap hasil belajar dan motivasi siswa. Menurut hipotesis penelitian, microteaching yang efektif akan memberikan dampak positif terhadap motivasi dan kapasitas belajar siswa. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah deskriptif, yaitu merangkum pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan analisis dokumen di SD IT Darul Muqomah Al-Khoiriyah. Variabel penelitian meliputi efektivitas microteaching, motivasi belajar, dan dukungan pembelajaran, serta pemeriksaan validitas dan reliabilitas. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metrik normalsi. Temuan analisis menunjukkan bahwa microteaching yang efektif memberikan dampak positif terhadap motivasi belajar siswa dan tingkat semangat belajarnya. Rekomendasi penelitian antara lain menata materi mikrolearning secara sistematis, menerapkan rangkuman di akhir pembelajaran, dan menghindari penggunaan media yang mengganggu saat pembelajaran.
