<![CDATA[Abstrak Sebuah organisasi tidak akan berjalan tanpa adanya peran penting dari sumber daya manusia yang dimiliki. Sehingga untuk menjalankan peran SDM, perusahaan harus melakukan pengawasan untuk memberikan kontrol, dan arahan kepada karyawan agar dapat melakukan pekerjaan yang sesuai rencana yang telah ditetapkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengawasan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT PLN (Persero) ULP Palopo. Metode penelitian berjenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan data primer. Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan pendekatan skala likert. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT PLN (Persero) ULP Palopo. Sampel dipilih melalui metode sampling jenuh yang dimana semua anggota populasi dijadikan sampel dalam penelitian. Teknik analisis data menggunakan model regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengawasan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan karyawan PT PLN (Persero) ULP Palopo. So that to carry out the role of HR, the company must carry out supervision to provide control, and direction to employees so that they can carry out work according to a predetermined plan. This study aims to determine the effect of supervision on the performance of employees of PT PLN (Persero) ULP Palopo. The research method is quantitative research type using primary data. The data collection technique used a questionnaire with a Likert scale approach. The population in this study were all employees of PT PLN (Persero) ULP Palopo. The sample was selected through the saturated sampling method in which all members of the population were sampled in the study. The data analysis technique uses a simple linear regression model. The results showed that supervision has a positive and significant effect on employee performance of PT PLN (Persero) ULP Palopo employees. Keywords: Supervision, Employee Performance ]]>
