Abstract

Artikel ini akan membahas penggunaan bahasa peserta didik dan kaitannya dengan kemampuan menyimak mereka dalam pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia dengan pendekatan psikolinguistik. Penelitian merupakan penelitian kualitatif,  dengan  jenis penelitian deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu observasi dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat beberapa kesalahan berbahasa yang dilakukan peserta didik  disebabkan karena kurangnya kesiapan mereka baik dalam aspek kognitif, afektif, dan juga psikomotor. Kesalahan secara kognitif tampak dalam penguasaan kaidah bahasa dan materi yang akan disampaikan, kemampuan afektif yakni tenang, yakin, percaya diri, dan mampu mengontrol rasa cemas, ragu-ragu, was-was dan sebagainya, serta aspek  psikomotor meliputi pelafalan yang fasih dan keterampilan memilih kata, frasa, klausa, dan kalimat. Katakunci: bahasa, menyimak, pembelajaran, psikolinguistik Abstract:This article will discuss students' use of language and its relation to their listening skills in learning Indonesian with a psycholinguistic approach. This is descriptive qualitative research. Data collection techniques were observation and interviews. The results show that there were several language errors made by students due to their lack of readiness in cognitive, affective, and psychomotor aspects. Cognitive errors can be seen in the mastery of language rules and the content; affective abilities such as calm, firm, confidence, and ability to control anxiety, doubt, hesitation; as well as psychomotor aspects including fluent pronunciation and skills in choosing words, phrases, clauses, and sentences.Keywords: language, listening, learning, psycholinguistics
