<![CDATA[Tujuan penelitian menganalisis efektivitas penegkan hukum terhadap pelaku tindka pidana narkotika di Wilayah hukum Polres Majene Penelitian ini, jika dilihat tipenya maka penelitian ini adalah penelitian hukum empiris dan dilakukan di Wilayah Hukum Kabupaten Majene. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa: 1. Efektivitas penegakan hukum terhadap pelaku tindak pidana narkotika di Polres Majene belum terlaksana secara baik, disebabkan rumitnya penungkapan pelaku narkotika di wilyah hukum Polres Majene, 2. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi penegakan hukum di Polres Majene, yakni disbebakan oleh Faktor Hukum, Faktor Penegak Hukum, Faktor Sarana & Prasarana, Faktor Masyarakat. The research objective is to analyze the effectiveness of law enforcement against perpetrators of narcotics crimes in the legal area of the Majene Police. This research, if you look at the type, means this research is empirical legal research and was conducted in the legal area of Majene Regency. The results of this research show that: 1. The effectiveness of law enforcement against perpetrators of narcotics crimes at the Majene Police has not been implemented well, due to the complexity of disclosing narcotics perpetrators in the Majene Police's jurisdiction, 2.
