<![CDATA[Tujuan penelitian menganalisis Penyidik Polri dalam penegakan hukum tindak pidana penyerobotan hak atas tanah pada tahapan Penyidikan di Wilayah Hukum Kepolisian Resor Gowa guna memberikan kepastian hukum. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh langsung dari lapangan. Data Primer dalam penelitian ini adalah data yang didapat secara langsung dari Satuan Reserse dan Kriminal (Satreskrim) Polres Gowa. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1).Efektivitas penyidik dalam penanganan tindak pidana siber di wilayah hukum Polres Gowa tidak jauh berbeda dengan proses penyidikan kejahatan konvensional lainnya, dan penyidik dalam memberikan kepastian hukum lebih banyak lanjut ke tahapan penuntutan dibanding dengan mengambil upaya hukum lain. 2).Faktor yang mempengaruhi efektivitas penyidikan tindak pidana Penyerobotan hak Atas Tanah yaitu (1)faktor sarana dan prasarana, (2)faktor hukum, (3)faktor budaya, (4)faktor masyarakat, dan (5)faktor penegak hukum. The research objective is to analyze the National Police Investigators in enforcing the law on criminal acts of usurping land rights at the Investigation stage in the Legal Area of the Gowa Resort Police to provide legal certainty. This research uses primary data obtained directly from the field. Primary data in this research is data obtained directly from the Gowa Police Criminal and Investigation Unit (Satreskrim). The results of this research show that: 1). The effectiveness of investigators in handling cyber crimes in the jurisdiction of the Gowa Police is not much different from the process of investigating other conventional crimes, and investigators in providing legal certainty go further to the prosecution stage than by taking other legal measures. 2). Factors that influence the effectiveness of investigations into criminal acts of usurpation of land rights are (1) facilities and infrastructure factors, (2) legal factors, (3) cultural factors, (4) community factors, and (5) law enforcement factors.]]>
