Latar belakang: Anemia adalah berkurangnya jumlah sel darah merah. Dalam kehamilan terjadi perubahan fisiologis yang dialami ibu hamil dan biasa disebut dengan hemodilusi. Hemodilusi bisa ditandai dengan meningkatnya volume plasma dan masa eritrosit.. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas pemberian jus bayam dan jus jambu biji yang diminum dalam 1 waktu secara bersamaan. Jenis penelitian: pada penilitian ini digunakan kuantitatif pendekatan cross sectional. Metode: metode peneliatian yang digunakan Quasi Experimental dengan desain penelitian The One Group Pre-Post Test (The One Group Design). Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah masyarakat Gembong Kabupaten Tangerang menggunakan teknik Purposive Sampling dengan jumlah 30 responden. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa, Sebelum ibu hamil diberikan intervensi jus bayam dan jus jambu biji diketahui rata-rata hemoglobin ibu hamil anemia sebesar 9,957. Setelah dilakukan pemberian intervensi jus bayam dan jus jambu biji diketahui bahwa rata-rata kadar hemoglobin ibu hamil 11,463. Kesimpulan: ada efektivitas dalam pemberian jus bayam hijau dan jus jambu biji terhadap peningkatan kadar hemoglobin pada ibu hamil di Puskesmas Gembong Kabupaten Tangerang. Saran: Diharapkan kepada Nakes dan pihak Puskesmas dapat meningkatkan peran serta mendukung ibu hamil dalam melakukan perawatan maupun cara mencegah atau menangani terjadinya anemia semasa hamil dengan cara meningkatkan pengetahuan ibu.Background: Anemia is a reduction in the number of red blood cells. Iron deficiency anemia is the most common anemia, considering that pregnant women have an increased need for iron. Objective: This study aims to determine the effectiveness of giving spinach juice and guava juice taken at the same time. Type of research: this research used quantitative cross sectional approach. Method: The research method used is Quasi Experimental with the research design of The One Group Pre-Post Test (The One Group Design). The sample in this study was the Gembong community, Tangerang using the Purposive Sampling technique with a total of 30 respondents. The results of this study indicate that, before pregnant women were given the intervention of spinach juice and guava juice, it was known that the average hemoglobin of pregnant women was 9.957. After giving the intervention of spinach and guava juice, it was found that the average hemoglobin level of pregnant women was 11.463.Conclusion: there is an effectiveness in giving green spinach juice and guava juice to increase hemoglobin levels in pregnant women at Gembong Health Center, Tangerang Regency.Suggestion: It is hoped that the health workers and health center can increase their participation in supporting pregnant women in carrying out treatment and how to prevent or treat anemia during pregnancy by increasing mother's knowledge.
