Abstract

The impact of organizational culture on employee satisfaction levels is the focus of this research. The organizational environment that influences employee performance and behavior, including organizational culture. An approach known as quantitative exposition facto type was used to conduct this research. We used a random sampling technique, by giving a Google Form survey to several PT employees. X. The findings of this research indicate that the majority of respondents place the organizational culture of PT. X of 85% is in the high category and PT employee job satisfaction. X is 80% in the same category. The results of the regression analysis show tcount = 4.470 and ttable = 2.042.
