<![CDATA[Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Latihan Bola Gantung Terhadap Kemampuan Smash Atlet Bola Voli Putra SMP Negeri 24 Bengkulu Tengah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 20 orang Atlet voli putra SMP Negeri 24 Bengkulu Tengah. Hasil uji N-Gain diperoleh Rata-rata nilai N-Gain sebesar 0,58 atau berada pada kategori sedang dengan persentase peningkatan kemampuan smash atlet voli putra SMP Negeri 24 Bengkulu Tengah yaitu 0,58 x 100% = 58%. Hasil uji t berpasangan (Paired Sample T-Test) diperoleh nilai t hitung > t tabel (24,69 > 1,79), Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima, yang artinya ada pengaruh yang signifikan latihan bola gantung terhadap kemampuan smash Atlet bola voli putra SMP Negeri 24 Bengkulu Tengah. Abstract This research aims to determine the effect of hanging ball training on the smash ability of male volleyball athletes at SMP Negeri 24 Central Bengkulu. This research uses quantitative methods. The sample in this study was 20 male volleyball athletes from SMP Negeri 24 Central Bengkulu. The N-Gain test results obtained an average N-Gain value of 0.58 or in the medium category with a percentage increase in the smash ability of male volleyball athletes at SMP Negeri 24 Central Bengkulu, namely 0.58 x 100% = 58%. The results of the paired t test (Paired Sample T-Test) obtained a value of t count > t table (24.69 > 1.79).
