Efektivitas Coaching terhadap Kepatuhan Bundle Cauti pada Petugas dalam Pencegahan Cauti: Effectiveness of Coaching on Cauti Bundle Compliance of Officers in Cauti Prevention

Successful prevention of CAUTI HAIs can be realised by improving nurse compliance in implementing the CAUTI bundle. Coaching is one way to maximise performance. This study aimed to analyse the effectiveness of coaching in improving nurses' compliance with the CAUTI bundle. This research method is quantitative with a Quasy Experiment approach. The treatment group was given an intervention with coaching, the control group was given education using the CAUTI bundle. The number of research samples was 40 where 20 respondents in the control group and 20 respondents in the treatment group. Because the Post-test research variables in the normality test of the control and treatment groups were not normally distributed, the next tests used were the Mann Whitney test and the Wilcoxon Sum Rank Test.The results showed that there was no difference in compliance after being given education using the CAUTI bundle by IPCN at PPJA. As for the treatment group, it can be concluded that there is a difference in compliance after being given coaching using the CAUTI bundle by involving nurse in chief at PPJA. The intervention was more effective in the treatment group than the control group. The scope of further research is expected to analyse all managerial functions of the use of coaching in officer compliance with the CAUTI bundle.   ABSTRAK Keberhasilan pencegahan HAIs CAUTI dapat terwujud dengan meningkatkan kepatuhan perawat dalam menerapkan bundle CAUTI. Coaching merupakan salah satu cara untuk memaksimalkan kinerja. Tujuan penelitian ini menganalisis efektifitas pengggunaan coaching dalam meningkatkan kepatuhan petugas terhadap bundle CAUTI. Metode penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan Quasy Eksperiment. Kelompok perlakuan diberi intervensi dengan coaching, kelompok kontrol diberi edukasi menggunakan bundle CAUTI. Jumlah sampel penelitian 40 dimana 20 responden di kelompok kontrol dan 20 responden di kelompok perlakuan. Karena variabel penelitian Post-test pada uji normalitas kelompok kontrol dan perlakuan tidak berdistribusi normal maka uji selanjutnya yang digunakan adalah uji Mann Whitney dan uji Wilcoxon Sum Rank Test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada perbedaan kepatuhan setelah diberikan edukasi menggunakan bundle CAUTI oleh IPCN pada PPJA. Sedangkan untuk kelompok perlakuan dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada perbedaan kepatuhan setelah diberikan coaching menggunakan bundle CAUTI dengan melibatkan kepala ruang pada PPJA. Intervensi lebih efektif pada kelompok perlakuan daripada kelompok kontrol. Ruang lingkup penelitian selanjutnya diharapkan bisa menganalisis semua fungsi manajerial pengggunaan coaching dalam kepatuhan petugas terhadap bundle CAUTI.
