The approach used in this research is exploratory description. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of compensation, work environment, and motivation on the performance of employees at PT. Lentera Fajar Kemakmuran. This research involved 132 employees of PT. Lentera Fajar Kemakmuran were recruited through random sampling. The questionnaire was used as a data collection tool and the results were analyzed using the PLS SEM method using the Smart-PLS application. Data analysis test found a positive and significant effect between compensation, work environment, and motivation on employee performance. So, the better the compensation, work environment, and motivation for employees, the higher the work performance of employees of PT. Dawn of Prosperity Lantern. So that the PT. Lentera Fajar Kemakmuran can pay attention to the provision of compensation with an optimal and appropriate value to increase employee satisfaction and feel valued. The work environment is also very important to note in order to make employees feel comfortable and safe while working in order to improve optimal employee performance. Motivation is also important to note because with good motivation employees will feel valued and enthusiastic at work
