Abstract

The approach used in this research is exploratory description. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of compensation, work environment, and motivation on the performance of employees at PT. Lentera Fajar Kemakmuran. This research involved 132 employees of PT. Lentera Fajar Kemakmuran were recruited through random sampling. The questionnaire was used as a data collection tool and the results were analyzed using the PLS SEM method using the Smart-PLS application. Data analysis test found a positive and significant effect between compensation, work environment, and motivation on employee performance. So, the better the compensation, work environment, and motivation for employees, the higher the work performance of employees of PT. Dawn of Prosperity Lantern. So that the PT. Lentera Fajar Kemakmuran can pay attention to the provision of compensation with an optimal and appropriate value to increase employee satisfaction and feel valued. The work environment is also very important to note in order to make employees feel comfortable and safe while working in order to improve optimal employee performance. Motivation is also important to note because with good motivation employees will feel valued and enthusiastic at work

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif ekspoloratoti yang bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruhKompensasi, Lingkungan Kerja, Dan Motivasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Lentera Fajar Kemakmuran. Penelitain ini melibatkan 132 karyawan PT. Lentera Fajar Kemakmuran yang dipilih secara acak. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan berupa angket dan datanya dianalisi dengan metode SEM PLS menggunkan aplikasi Smart-PLS. Hasil penelitian menujukkan bahwa Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara kompensasi, lingkungan kerja, dan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan, Jadi, semakin baik kompensasi, Lingkungan kerja, dan motivasi kepada karyawan maka semakin meningkat pula kinerja karyawan PT. Lentera Fajar Kemakmuran. Sehingga pihak PT. Lentera Fajar Kemakmuran dapat memperhatikan pemberian kompensasi yang baik dan tepat akan membuat karyawan merasa puas dan dihargai. Lingkungan kerja juga sangat penting diperhatikan guna membuat karyawan merasa nyaman dan aman saat berkerja demi meningkatkan kinerja karyawan yang optimal. Motivasi juga penting diperhatikan karena dengan adanya motivasi yang baik karyawan akan merasa dihargai dan semangat dalam bekerja.
