Industri Teknologi Informasi saat ini dihadapkan dengan kondisi persaingan yang sangat berat, industri dituntut mampu berkompetisi meraih keuntungan jangka panjang serta meraih keunggulan dalam bersaing. Perubahan lingkungan eksternal maupun internal mengharuskan Perusahaan untuk selalu beradaptasi dengan keadaan tersebut. Penelitian dilakukan terhadap partner/Reseller PT. ACA Pacific Indonesia dengan mengambil sample 100 responden sebagai sample penelitian, yang diambil berdasarkan Judgemental Sampling dan Quota Sampling berdasarkan kriteria yang telah ditetapkan oleh penulis. Pengambilan data menggunakan kuesioner, lima skala pengukuran dari sangat tidak setuju sampai sangat setuju, dengan skala interval. Penelitian dilakukan secara kuantitatif, sebagai alat analisis digunakan analisis SEM PLS Second Order. Penelitian menghasilkan temuan bahwa strategi inovasi tidak memoderasi hubungan antara persaingan industri dengan kinerja perusahaan. The Information Technology Industry is currently faced with very tough competitive conditions, the industry is required to be able to compete for long-term profits and gain competitive advantage. Changes in the external and internal environment require the Company to always adapt to these conditions. The study was conducted on partners / resellers of PT. ACA Pacific Indonesia by taking a sample of 100 respondents as a research sample, which was taken based on Judgemental Sampling and Quota Sampling based on the criteria set by the author. Collecting data using a questionnaire, five measurement scales from strongly disagree to strongly agree, with an interval scale. The research was conducted quantitatively, as an analytical tool used PLS Second Order SEM analysis.The research is to produce eleven main findings in accordance with the proposed hypothesis, namely Industrial Competition (Porter's Five Forces), Business Strategy (Differentiation, Cost Advantage, Focus, and Innovation Strategy) have direct and indirect effects on Company Performance.
