Abstract

The aim of this research is to describe the strategy of BMT Maslahah Condong Branch in controlling the risk of member delays in installment payments and defaults and fulfilling agreed agreements. This research method uses descriptive qualitative, with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this research revealed that BMT Maslahah Condong Branch attempted to resolve it by means of negotiation, summons, and friendship and asked what problems caused members to be late in paying installments and members were unable to fulfill the initial agreement that had been agreed upon, such as collateral being sold without notifying them. BMT before the settlement date.
