Kata Kunci: Hipertensi, Skrining, Early Detection of Hypertension Score (EDH Score) ABSTRACT Hypertension is often referred to as the "Silent Killer" because hypertension sufferers complain that initially they do not feel any complaints or symptoms. Currently, one way of early detection is using a scoring system method to predict hypertension. The aim of health screening activities is to use the Early Detection of Hypertension Score (EDH) and blood pressure checks to predict the incidence of hypertension. This PKM activity is carried out using the method of providing health education about hypertension, health screening and blood pressure checks. Based on the average age of respondents, the average age is 57 years, with the youngest being 40 years old and the oldest being 78 years old. Then systolic blood pressure with an average of 135.9 mmHg with the lowest systolic blood pressure being 109 mmHh and the highest being 167 mmHg and for diastolic blood pressure an average of 85.56 mmgHg with the lowest diastolic blood pressure being 60 mmHg and the highest being 100. mmHg. For the Early Detection of Hypertension score, the average respondent was 7 with the highest score being 14 and the lowest being 0. Based on the characteristics of the respondents, the gender variable was predominantly female, namely 19 people (63.33%). Then the dominant education variable in elementary and middle school is 33.33%. The hypertension variable is that more people suffer from hypertension, namely 18 people (60%). The salty and savory food variable, the majority consumed salty and savory food, namely 83.33%. Based on the results of community service, the Early Detection of Hypertension score can be used as an instrument for early diagnosis of hypertension cases.
