<![CDATA[Literacy culture is an important element in education to form a character who likes to read in students. This research aims to examine the implementation of literacy culture at State Elementary School 03 Bengkayang and its influence on the formation of characters who like to read. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation studies. The research results show that the implementation of literacy culture at SDN 03 Bengkayang is quite effective, although there are still several obstacles such as a lack of supporting facilities and low student interest in reading. However, with the various literacy programs implemented, there has been an increase in interest in reading and the formation of characters who like to read in students.]]>
