<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to determine the role of BK teachers in individual counseling services with a Behavioral Approach for introverted students towards learning discipline at SMK Sakti Gemolong in the 2023/2024 Academic Year. This research was conducted at SMK Sakti Gemolong. The subject in this study was one class X TPE student. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method, data collection was carried out using observation, interviews and documentation. The steps taken in analyzing are by compiling data, connecting data, reducing, presenting data and then concluding. Meanwhile, to assess the validity of the data or the level of trustworthiness of the data presented, the next step is to use Triangulation of sources from three different sources. The results of the study at SMK Sakti Gemolong showed that the implementation of individual counseling with a Behavioral Approach for introverted students had been carried out optimally and in a focused manner. Learning discipline in introverted students has also increased significantly. The efforts of BK teachers in providing individual counseling services with a Behavioral Approach to overcome learning discipline in introverted students by giving rewards or punishments. The results obtained by students are able to increase self-confidence, and can improve student learning discipline.]]>
