Utilizing Job Analysis for Prabumulih City Manpower Service" aims to assess positions within the Prabumulih City Manpower Office. The main issue identified is the presence of unmet qualifications in employee placements and the subpar productivity of civil servants. Qualitative data analysis techniques were employed for data analysis, while observation, interviews, and documentation were utilized for data collection. The study's findings indicate several key points: Firstly, the suboptimal execution of job analysis has led to low civil servant productivity, subsequently resulting in diminished organizational/ SKPD performance. This is compounded by the uniformity of Anjab results and the added challenge of inputting them through the e-formation system. Thirdly, the ultimate goal of Anjab is to align employees' primary job functions with their respective roles and responsibilities.
