The prosperity of an organization heavily relies on the collaborative efforts of its members, with employees playing a pivotal role in advancing the organization's objectives. Investigating how leadership influences the performance of subordinates, particularly in terms of work ethics and compensation, enhances confidence and teamwork towards achieving organizational goals, especially within PT. MAS. This study seeks to explore the potential relationship between work discipline, compensation, and employee performance at PT. Mitra Agrolika Sejahtera. A sample of 64 individuals participated in this study, providing primary data through distributed questionnaires. Data analysis involved t-tests, f-tests, and multiple linear regression analysis conducted using SPSS version 20 software. The findings indicate a positive correlation between work discipline and employee performance, as well as between compensation and employee performance, highlighting the significant impact of both factors on employee effectiveness.
