Abstract

The purpose of this research is to measure people's purchasing power in the use of electrical energy with household involvement and economy. The research method using clusters and using a questionnaire as a medium to collect information, the sample used is 100 households. The results of the study show that only purchasing power in the price is significant in the household economy, prices and income are significant in the involvement, significant involvement in the household economy. Indirectly only prices and income in purchasing power are significant to the household economy through the involvement of management and use of electrical energy.

Abstract

The current education industry in Indonesia continues to grow and competition is getting tougher so that more and more universities are competing to be able to provide better academic services to get students or prospective students. To be able to win the competition, universities must be able to provide maximum service quality. Good service will certainly make students feel comfortable and at home in the learning process at college so that it can reduce the number of students who stop studying, leave and drop out. Academic services as the core of business in universities must certainly be improved in order to increase the number of students who will enter the University. If the university does not know what the student's problems / obstacles are in the lecture process, it will certainly be difficult to find reasons why students drop out or why students leave. The purpose of this study is to create an academic service system for student complaints. It is hoped that the upper management of higher education can find out what problems / obstacles students are facing from the start so that they can prevent students from dropping out of college by providing correct solutions according to student needs.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and ensure that the instruments used in a study are guaranteed to be free from multicollinearity problems and minimize the level of bias/deviation with the real conditions that occur with the research results. This study uses a questionnaire as an instrument to collect data. Questionnaires were distributed/distributed to the community/households. The data collection technique is random (random). The results of the analysis show that from the variables used, there is no multicollinearity problem between the independent variables. Given the importance of an instrument free from multicollinearity problems, the suggestion for researchers is to use the research instrument that is truly guaranteed to be free from multicollinearity disorders.

Abstract

Seperti dengan banyak negara industri dan berkembang lainnya, kebijakan ekonomi makro Indonesia sangat menekankan pada mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi dan menahan inflasi. Di sisi lain, ada perbedaan pendapat yang kuat mengenai apakah inflasi membantu atau merugikan pertumbuhan ekonomi. Penelitian ini terinspirasi oleh isu kontroversial tersebut dan mengeksplorasi adakah pengaruh antara inflasi terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi. Untuk menyelidiki bagaimana inflasi mempengaruhi pertumbuhan ekonomi, data time-series untuk tahun 2013-2021 dengan pembagian triwulan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan uji analisis linear regresi sederhana dengan bantuan SPSS. Temuan penelitian mendukung H1, yang menunjukkan bahwa inflasi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi.

Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberikan pelatihan bahasa Inggris dalam bentuk berbicara monolog bahasa Inggris dan pelatihan pengenalan kewirausahaan. Pelatihan ini penting dilaksanakan sehingga siswa/i memiliki keterampilan bahasa Inggris dan pengetahuan kewirausahaan sebagai persiapan ke perguruan tinggi atau bekerja. Metode pada kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah dengan pelatihan. Mitra dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah SMA PGRI 2 Kota Jambi. Peserta pelatihan adalah 83 siswa/i kelas XI SMA. Evaluasi pelatihan dilaksanakan dengan memberikan kuesioner tertutup baik untuk pelatihan bahasa Inggris maupun pelatihan kewirausahaan. Hasil dari pelatihan ini adalah peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan berbicara monolog bahasa Inggris dengan rata-rata 3,50 dari skala 5. Selain itu, terdapat pula peningkatan pengetahuan dan pemahaman akan aspek-aspek berwirausaha dengan rata-rata 4,05 dari skala 5..Abstract: The aim of this community service is to deliver English training in the form of speaking English monologue and training of entrepreneurship. This training is important to be conducted so the students have English skill and entrepreneurship knowledge as the preparation to university or for working. The method of this community is training. This community service was conducted in SMA PGRI 2 Kota Jambi. The participants were 83 students of grade XI senior high school. Training evaluation was conducted by distributing closed-ended questionnaire for both English training and entrepreneurship training. The results of this training were the improvement of knowledge and English monologue speaking skill with an average of 3,50 out of 5 scale.. Furthermore, there was also improvement of knowledge and understanding of entrepreneurship aspects with an average of 4,05 out of 5 scale.

Abstract

Currently, Jambi residents still believe in refilling drinking water products made by themselves and sold freely in Jambi. Still, there is no data on the factors that cause / influence residents' high confidence in these products. This research aims to identify the factors that influence residents' confidence in repeated refilling drinking water in the city of Jambi. The research results show that the factors that affect people's confidence in refilled drinking water are; aspects of fairness, experience, empathy, ability in science, trust, attention, received energy, fulfillment, reliability in managing the refilled drinking water business. This research uses an aspect analysis procedure, with 434 respondents who live in the city of Jambi. Result in this study showed that the factors that influence people's trust in refilling drinking water in Jambi are; Fairness, Experience Four, Ability to Knowledge, Faith, Attention, Acceptance, Fulfillment, and Reliability. Meanwhile, the most substantial factor dominated by forming people's trust in refilled drinking water in the city of Jambi is the Fairness Factor.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui transparansi organisasi terhadap pengaruh kualiyas layanan dalam pengurusan dokumen kependudukan di kota Jambi. Menggunakan metode Structural Equation Model. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 320 orang. Bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan transparansi organisasi terhadap kualitas pelayanan dalam pelayanan dokumen kependudukan di kota Jambi. Saran untuk penelitian selanjutnya adalah perlu diteliti lagi dengan mengangkat variabel kepuasan kerja, kemampuan kerja, fasilitas kerja dan kerjasama pada kualitas layanan dan denan implikasi pada kepercayaan publik.

Abstract

Dalam era yang sangat dinamis saat ini, keterampilan manajerial menjadi krusial untuk memastikan kepemimpinan dan manajemen yang efektif dalam sebuah organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak keterampilan manajerial pada kinerja organisasi, khususnya pada Perwakilan BKKBN Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung melalui pendekatan studi kasus. Metode kualitatif digunakan melalui observasi, studi pustaka, dan wawancara terhadap pimpinan (eselon 2 dan 3) di Perwakilan BKKBN Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung, yang berjumlah 7 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keseluruhan pimpinan Perwakilan BKKBN Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung berhasil menerapkan keterampilan konseptual, interpersonal, teknis, dan politik secara efektif dan konsisten, serta mengintegrasikannya dalam praktik sehari-hari. Hal ini berimplikasi positif pada efisiensi operasional, hubungan harmonis, peningkatan kualitas layanan, stabilitas organisasi, reputasi yang positif, serta kontribusi positif terhadap program pembangunan keluarga, pengendalian penduduk, dan keluarga berencana. Namun, terdapat beberapa hambatan yang teridentifikasi diantaranya kurangnya sumber daya, resistensi terhadap perubahan, kebutuhan akan pelatihan tambahan, dan tantangan dalam menciptakan keselarasan antarbidang serta mengatasi kompleksitas perubahan lingkungan.

Abstract

With the growing importance of customer loyalty, there is still confusion about what can influence and improve loyalty in the education sector. Although research on the topic of customer loyalty is vast and growing, not much literature focuses on students and people in the education sector. In the absence of such consensus, the purpose of this study is to examine how perceived value and brand equity influence student satisfaction and loyalty, specifically in the setting of the Private Higher education sector. The data collection method was obtained from 200 samples of university students in Jambi (primary data) using Structural Equation Model AMOS 26 analysis: four hypotheses have a positive and significant effect, where Satisfaction has the greatest effect. However, it did not find the effect of Perceived Value on Loyalty. The conclusion of these findings suggests that good Perceived Value and Brand Equity for higher education products or services will increase Satisfaction, and therefore will have implications for the realisation of increased student Loyalty.

Abstract

One uniqueness that can be identified as a historical heritage in Indonesia is Batik. Almost every region in Indonesia has its characteristics, including motifs, color patterns, and philosophical meanings. In Jambi, Batik is always worn on formal occasions and has even become the community's uniform at various events. On the other hand, in terms of sales, MSMEs must maintain their brand quality and compete competitively in the market. Therefore, this study investigates consumers' brand image, attitude, and intention to buy Batik and the decision of consumer behavior to buy Batik as an implementation of the Theory of Reasoned Action (TRA). One hundred eighty-eight participants from Jambi province participated in filling out this online questionnaire. Then, the data that has been collected is tested using PLS-SEM. The results showed that all elements of TRA had a positive effect on the buying behavior of Batik in Jambi.
